To warm other people of poor quality for expensive cost

They offered me $5.00. I feel disappointed that I will be giving my granddaughter a cheap gift for her birthday but I can't afford to buy her another doll.
The company first of all should make better products and not falsely claim that their products are made with high-quality material. Secondly they shouldn't charge high prices for low quality merchandise.
Thirdly they should stand behind their product and allow unsatisfied customers to return their purchase and lastly not to advertise free shipping and then not honor their claim. All in all they need to be honest
