Had to replace their work 3 times!

Reborn cabinets are a terrible value. Not only are they overpriced, but we have had to have them replace shoddy work 3 times due to delaminating. Less than a month after they replaced the previously delaminating cabinets, they are again delaminating. We have wasted a lot of money on their overpriced cabinets, and also a lot of time. Avoid doing business with Reborn!

We had our entire kitchen refaced in July of 2021 that cost us over $17,000.00. There were a few things such as the facing seams that was brought to Cristians attention in a stream of emails, which was never addressed, since we were dealing with a few other issues with the cabinets. However, since it was not a hugely noticeable, it did not pursue this, I mentioned because I figured in time, it may get worse. However, the toe kick came off and I would like someone to come out and repair under the Reborn warranty. I have a photo if interested. Please feel free to call or reply to schedule a time for repairs. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Thank you, Tracy Adamski

Chistian from Reborn Cabinets did eventually respond and sent Jesse out to do the repair on March 7, 2023. However, after looking at the repair, I noticed that it was not installed correctly.

The toe kick is aprox. 1" to short and doesn't meet the end of the cabinet. I pointed it out to Jesse and he said he would order a new piece and come back and fix it. I followed up with a phone call a few days later and left a message with Christian, to confirm what Jesse & I discussed with no response.

I called again and left another message about a week later and no response again. This seems to be a pattern.

I don't understand why they just can't return my calls. I'm sure it gets annoying that I keep calling to have my $20,000.00 kitchen made right.

Contract and the things we discussed were not the same...just watch your contract if you deal with this company. They were quick to fix the problem created by the salesperson.

The salesman omitted an item from our contract that was discussed at length in our home - and was a major part of the reason we went with Reborn. Their product is great, the price was in line with other companies, the timeframe (3 months from purchase to install) was in line with other companies and their customer service rep Destiny was great when we approached her with our contract problem.

User's recommendation: Just make sure the contract shows everything you want - go over it very carefully even though it is on a small tablet - READ EVERYTHING before you sign it!

Sales Manager's manipulation

When we met sales manager, Lisa Sanders she was so pleasant as usual from all salespersons. She held us under the impression that our bathroom work was going to be quick and easy not until work schedules started changing. When the contractor came to do the work, he brought inadequate materials because of wrong measurements she had taken during her visit to complete the bathroom window trimming. We were compelled to settle for wrong and cheaper material, or we wait for another two months. We also realized that she changed materials that we initially ordered from her and because of that we were forced to re-order the materials that we wanted that cost extra $$$$.

Former employee in talks with a lawyer. Trust me.

The sales people are lied to. They are told one thing and it’s not until we get out to install (3 months later) that they find out. It’s sad.

And by then if they talk they are gone. If they don’t they are rewarded
