Fraud: Rebel Asset Management Singapore

AI Highlights
  • - Rental scam linked to Rebel Asset Management and HDB4RENT.WordPress.com.
  • - Tenants report a 6000 SGD deposit loss and SP accounts run after vacating.

Beware Rental Scam with: Rebel asset Management/ Valuestayinsingapore/HDB4RENT.WORDPRESS.COM

These individuals are attracting new customers using the user flyingco (and FLYINGCOUGAR)

Agents involved in the scam: CHAN Jeff (65)-8233-**** Jack Ang (+65- 8133-****) Michael Chiam Tau Tsun +(65) 9767-****.

These companies and agents are systematically robbing their tenants. They steal their deposits and run their SP accounts even after the apartments have been vacated. We were two of their victims along with several others we know of. We rented a condo last year and lost our 6000 SGD deposit.

We want to make sure that you won't be victimized by these crooks. Obviously Chan and Jack will deny any wrongdoing but they were the agents responsible for the transaction in our case, so they are full accomplice for the fraud.

Stolen $6000 security deposit

AI Highlights
  • - Accuses Michael Chiam, Jeff Chan and Jack Ang of fraud.
  • - Stole $6000 deposit; court orders exist and liability is admitted.

Michael Chiam, Jeff Chan, Jack Ang are fraudsters providing real estate and household services. These people are operating under multiple management companies (Rebel Asset Management, www.valuestayinsingapore.com, HDB4rent.wordpress.com and others) have stolen my security deposit of $6000.

Despite a court order against them and recorded conversations where they admit libality, they ignore the court knowing that it takes money and effort for victims to obtain their money back from them.

They have done this to multiple people (who also have court orders against these companies) and were one of the subjects of a recent TV report (MediaCorp Channel 8) on housing fraud in Singapore. Do not deal with these people, you may loose your money.
