Ripped off
No contact in regard to being overcharged for product with no refund. Store clerk would not provide contact information for management. This took place on 12/07/24 and would love to see the store security camera footage.

Customer Service Horrible
I never write reviews unless it's was a very bad experience. Well I go to the Rebal on Nellis and Cheyenne.i come in serveral times a week.
where the two older Hispanic ladies having full conversations with each other and disregarding the customers and speaking rudely out load about other ppl. I try to ignore it but last week I came in and they charged me for someone else's drinks I told the lady that there were more items then what I purchased and she completed ignored me when I showed her my receipts she told the other women to void it she had no ideal how much to give me back and she kept asking me for more money even after I gave her the change she gave me they held up the line and treated me like I was the wrong one I don't want to spend my money there with ppl like that.
Just very un professional. I want someone to greet me with a smile as I walk in the door and be attentive

Mold beer
I just purchased a 12 pk of ultras beer and bad mold and drank about 6 beers till i noticed one of the beers was empty and looked carefully and i can visually see mold coming from the box and it was black and white mold , i also included pictures and can access account that i paid for it.

Complaint on the manager
This new manager at the rebel store keeps turning of the lottery machine today 12/27/23 I went in to check my lottery tickets and went back inside and turned off the lottery machine and they have a big sign that says dont turn off the lottery machine all the other workers are great its just this new young black male manager have bad customer service someone can check the camera that day and see Im not lieing

Denial of service
I was gaming $5-$10 hands on blackjack and the assistant manager at location 6020 w Charleston told me he wont exchange a $20 that wasnt reading in the gaming machine and to put it into the machine to get change or buy something I told him I just lost $140 and I was trying to continue gaming and couldnt he then instructed me go online look for corporate hes not calling anyone or giving me a number to call when he told me to call

Preferred solution: He needs to work on defusing a situation and maybe training on gaming policy I’ve never heard that you cannot give someone gaming bills to game

Rude manager charged me 3.96 a gallon while clearly using a debit card... was rude and made racial slur towards me... Rebel station at 4115 S.Decatur Blvd Las Vegas
