During my 3 minute discussion with Ms Zungs representative, Jonathan, I was explaining details of my case when he hung up on me. He then sent me a text saying " sorry i missed your call". Bad represe.

AI Highlights
  • - The representatives who reach out are your face.
  • - Customers needing advice or protection feel helpless and are dismissed without explanation.

The representatives who reach out are your face. Those of us in need of advice or in my case, Protection, already worried about outcomes or further escalation, feeling helpless already being an issue, then to get dismissed without an explanation only feed my foes will to break and doubt my own self worth.

Bravo!. Score one for the covert narcissist.

Cons:
  • Bad representation

Preferred solution: Help with my case.

User's recommendation: When they ask you about details, keep it to "yes" & "no" and if you get Jonathan, youve already lost..

Not satisfied and feel manipulated and lied to.

Original review Jul 16, 2024

I am still waiting, and not quietly, for my refund for the flopped Facebook group I joined, and paid a lot of money for! It sucked.

It lacked content, and really, it lacked everything! This was the first and only Facebook group I ever joined that I paid for! Then, within a few months, it was paused indefinitely!

Then you tried to charge me a renewal fee for something that no longer existed! I want my original money back!

Loss:
$399
Pros:
  • Talks a talk
Cons:
  • Does not walk the walk

Preferred solution: Full refund

They just continue to ignore me and fill my inbox with spam!

Original review Jun 16, 2024
Rebecca Zung heavily promoted her Slay the Narcissist Facebook community, promising support and healing from Narcissistic abuse. In her webinars, she promised many things, including a no-risk money-back guarantee.

I joined. Upon payment, I received a sketchy-looking email with little information except 'click here'. I then visited the private Facebook group, only to find nothing there! I immediately requested a refund but received no replies.

I continued to send messages and check the Facebook group, which did eventually feature a couple of speakers, but it then went on permanent pause. I kept reaching out for a refund, but received no response. To my surprise, I was notified by my bank of a charge from Rebecca Zung for $297! This was for the renewal of the Facebook group, which months earlier was paused!

On contacting them again, they assured me I was a 'lucky member' of her book club. What?! I would never pay $297 to join a book club!

I demanded a refund for both charges and eventually had one refunded. This woman is going hard out there, preying on people who have suffered Narcissistic abuse, promising things in webinars, then not coming through and stealing our money!
