- Customer emailed twice about shipping delays and has not received a reply, despite 5-10 day promise and 7 days passed with no shipping notification.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I cannot get a response to my emails (2) about when I can expect shipping of my order. The confirmation of my order says I should receive the order in 5-10 business days, but 7 business days have already passed with no shipping notification, so I doubt I will receive the package when promised. I have also called and they tell me to email, which I have already done twice.
