ReBath in Dallas, Texas - Takes weeks not one day

I needed my tub and enclosure done, and I couldn't have it take days or weeks. Arizona Re-Bath promises to have it done in one day. Unfortunately, they had a problem with my walls that necessitated a weeklong wait without being able to use my shower. But I'm happy with the job they did but a week without my shower is just ***. They should not promise something if they can't deliver it. I was VERY unhappy with the salesman, however, who was extremely unpleasant to me when I called him back with some questions after receiving his bid on the estimate.

Look at this story:

Rebath of Central Florida, owned by Richard S., sold to another individual in a asset sale only. Richard S., franchise owner of Rebath of Central Florida, walked away from paying his companies debts after the sale. Thousands of Dollars in materials purchased and supplied to customers homes was never paid for. Richard S. owns another Rebath Franchise in Long Island, New York. People should be made aware that He may not pay for materials in New York and customers could have liens placed on there homes by suppliers and workers. Rebath of Central Florida, stiffed one of his former employees with default judgement in the amound of 18,500.00 plus court cost, and attorney fees.

The employee was kind enough to sign a credit application for Richard S., since Richard S. was a absentee owner. The debt is due to Scripps Publication, parent company for Florida Today Newspaper. Richard S. took the profit from the sale of the Rebath of Central Florida sale and skipped out on this debt and thousands of dollars more. Rebath has a very bad reputation of doing this type of thing ikt is all over the internet. And there installations are of poor quality.

Again you can see it all over the internet. This guy Richard S. still qualifies Rebath of Mid Florida with his Master Plumbing license and the person harmed by the debt is seeking that the State of Florida revoke Richard S. Master Plumbing License in the State of Florida. Rebath Corporate knows of this debt problem and states, ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM. Yet Richard S. is a Rebath Franchise Holder still in Long Island New York. Richard S. should be made to pay off this debt or have his New York franchise taken away. What kind of Franchise owners are you allowing Dave S.? Force Richard S. to pay the debt.

"I hired Re-Bath of Tampa Bay to re-do my shower, tile the floor and change out fixtures. When I signed the contract, they stated I had a broken shower pan and the shower leaked. "After this meeting, I gave them $3,200. They were to return eight weeks later to begin....

We had considered becoming a Rebath franchise and went to their open house at their office in Az. The cost was low around $12,500 but they wanted another $40,000 for a mobile showroom which was crazy. I met Dave Sander who in my impression is a smug little man. We...

This company is a joke here in Wyoming, a bunch of under qualified contractors and lackies when it comes to management. The owner is a retard and his guys have no experience at all.

I have a few friends that used them and all they do is complain. All three of them have had numerous repairs from leaky this or that.

They can't even install a toilet properly, and they are not even plumber but do plumbing.

Pissed customer...... :(

Tub Liners are not all they do. Pacific Coast Rebath has become a Platinum Franchise within this last year, and are a FULL bathroom remodeling company.

they Do offer the liner system which is what they are know for but their liner systems is just the tip of the ice berg if you are looking for a Full Bathroom remodel with new Vanities, toilets, mirrors, toilets...etc...and as long as their is existing plumbing can do pretty much anything within the bathroom.

totally licensed and insured. 871827

100% of these complaints are false. The product is an SSP so nothing can possible go wrong with it. The people who do complain just don't understand what they bought or think they should get it for nothing.

I too had a terrible experience with Re-Bath through Home Depot. Yes, HD is only a conduit to Re-Bath.

They finance the job. Re-Bath is the one to complain to and that's a lesson in patience. I agree with Anonymous in that they are a franchised business and it depends on who's running the show. I used the one in Memphis Tn.

and they are the worst. I could have found just about anybody to do the same *** job for half the price & half the time. I spent almost $8500 for 2 bath semi-remodels which included 1 toilet, 1 surround, 1 tub/shower faucet, 1 shower door (small shower only) and, new vinyl tile floors in both bathrooms. What a fiasco!!!

I quit trying to get them to do it right and accepted what they gave me. I still to this day cuss when I walk past the main bathroom and see the imperfections in the floor. I had to actually tell them the screws were sticking up under the tiles, and this went on even with the "second" bathroom floor. It's like they do this all the time.

For some reason it didn't bother them. That's only part of the story. I could go on and on and on. For a job that contracted in Nov.

12th of 2018, started on Feb.11th 2019, and culminated on April 10th of 2019, they should pay me. Totally disrupting.

They should have been in and out in 3 days. Do not use Re-Bath Memphis!!!!!!
