Details
Company does not honor contract. Would not come out at 5 year mark to re-seal. No return calls. Once they sell you the product and it is installed, you are on your own. They do not care! My advice: Run as fast as you can away from this company.

Re-Bath offers a lifetime warranty on all DuraBath Acrylic products, including all labor costs associated with the suitable repair or replacement due to manufacturing defects on DuraBath Acrylic products and a 10-year limited warranty on all color match designer custom bases.

The company covers all DuraBath Natural Stone Products with a 10-year limited warranty.

ReBath in South Jordan, Utah - Not what I expected!

I wanted a safe shower, instead I have doors that are glass! And are very tall! My husband and I are in our seventies! I reason wanted the shower instead of a tub with sliding glass doors is because lifting to get into it was at times difficult! Now I am afraid that if one of us loses their balance the doors will break and shatter the glass all over the bath, cutting one of us!

Takes over 2 months to start the project. Wrong vanity top for installation. Waiting 3 weeks for resolution without a bathroom sink. Told it was a priority but now get the runaround. Very poor customer service. Should NEVER had paid in full!! Go elsewhere for your remodel.

this company pissed me off also. After calling Re-Bath for two weeks to come fix a leak in one of the baths.

The leak appears to in the drain and has come through the downstairs ceiling. I been given the run around. The material on the walls of the showers is not what I thought I was paying for. RE-Bath has a deal to send them 10% of the charge even for doing nothing.

In my case was $2,400. I wish that I had seen your recommendation before I made this mistake.
