Hi I have been having a problem with my payout. The following message appears, "There is a problem to send you a payout.
Here is the reason: your mailing address is invalid or incomplete." But when accessing my Account Setting and seeing the verification section, I can see that the mailing address was already verified.

Someone stolen money in my account I try to reach them whe I get notifications about they changed my email and adress information and get money gift card.

Rebatekey is an online business that provides rebates for online purchases. You purchase the products listed on their website, provide the order number and get paid after 35 days.
My brother and I had accounts with Rebatekey; we live in the same building but different apartments/addresses. The company suspended our accounts on February 24 on false pretenses by claiming fraudulent activity and having multiple accounts.
My account had ~$10,000 in rebates pending and my brother's account had ~$5,000 (unfortunately I don't have the exact figures as that information is not accessible by us due we can access our accounts.
I contacted the company on February 24, 2021. I was told that the accounts were suspended due fraudulent activity and having multiple accounts. None of these are true.
I tried to contact the company and the company owner several times through their contact form; customer support platform and social media but didn't get any response at all. They even disabled my customer support platform access so I couldn't message them.
They wouldn't even communicate with us; they just closed our accounts and nothing further.
- Most of our orders were for charities
- It seemed like a good deal

Preferred solution: would like to get paid for our earned rebates. We have no interest using their service/website after that.

scam company First they sent me an invalid code to verify my account so I had to get a new one sent to me. I made a purchase and went through all of the process.
Never received my refund.
I have sent numerous emails to them with no response whatsoever. stay away from this company
