Horrible experience with rebag

I went to rebag (oculus/world trade location) yesterday 7/10 at 4:15pm and the store was closed. I came back today at 7/11 at 11:45am and yet again the store was closed. It was supposed to be open both days. I wanted to purchase a vintage Chanel bag I found online and literally saw in the store. Too bad NO ONE was there when the store was supposed to be open. When I called your customer service they put me on hold for 15 min only to come back and say the store should be open. You lost out on a big sale a potential lifetime customer. Worst experience Ive ever had.

User's recommendation: Make sure your stores are open when they are supposed to be.
