I need the rest of my order 5 items were not sent with the order.
I just tried calling customer service, but that's not the number! I received my order, but the mystery box of tees wasn't included.
I tried reaching out via email, call, and text. I just want the rest of my order, please. I have the receipt, and I see that you had it on there, and I did receive the mystery box of tees in a size small. I really love the website and just wanted what I ordered.
Like I said, those were the only items I didn't receive. I don't have any now, but I would definitely recommend others shopping with you guys!

Resolved: Received a jacket that had a giant slit in it...I hv attempted 2 contact Reason but if course they don't hv a working #...I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM REASON AND ADVISE YOU TO THINK HATD B
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Jacket was damaged upon delivery and can't reach anyone. How are u a major clothing company and don't hv a working customer service #?
