- Asked RealVNC sales on June 15, 2025 to change subscriptions.
- Escalations with sales, tech support, and renewals yielded no response by Aug 11, 2025.
I contacted RealVNC sales support on June 15th, 2025 asking to change up our subscriptions. After a month without any response, I emailed my contact and asked for an update.
She apologized and passed me on to Technical support on July 21st, 2025 (obviously she didn't "loop" technical support in the first time as she assured me she would). Technical Support said they forwarded my request to the Renewals team who will contact me directly. 10 days later (July 31st)...still no response. I email the technical support contact asking for an update.
I get a pity email saying how busy they are and that they escalated my ticket to our "Account Manager". Its now August 11th, 2025 and still no response.

Preferred solution: Just want my issue resolved
