I cannot download from YouTube anymore I am premium

It says Real Player cannot download videos on this page on You Tube.. And sometimes it'll let me it just started this maybe a month or two ago...
I've been downloading from YouTube for over 15yrs using the same method... I'm a premium customer for both..I need help pls resolve this matter!

I purchased your product 01-Feb-24 dvd playback not working
I payed for downloaded a full copy of your product 31-Jan-24.It works fine for music playback but the DVD playback calls for me to update it. I don't have internet at work as I can watch dvd's on th weekend.
Im upset as i followed your instructions and deleted all my cookies and history.
I can't even log in attwell.pat@***.com. Both on my pc and notebook.

I paid for plus & installed it & a 3rd party tech deleted it & I cant find the password to reinstall it.
You people are insanely difficult to get in touch with.

Billing questions and contact info --- I have tried contact someone, anyone for two days. I need help
I purchased Real Player video program on Sept 3, 2023 and paid $39.99 - yet - unable to use the program.
You have no customer service!! - tried and tried
How sad a company like yours is so bad at customer service
I would highly not recommend anything your company has.
After two days of trying to contact someone, anyone -- I will call FCC or agent I need to address this.) If you are part of Better Business beauro. I report you as a scam, which you must be.

Can't reset password
They always respond fast,and help me..Most proublems are my fault.I enjoy downloading songs so I don't have to listen to modern satanic music..They don't sell the songs I like anymore,I quit listening to radio 40 years ago,,when I'm driving I want my own mix,I drive @67 Mercury Park Lane and I like playing period songs.And learning new guitar chords to old songs,,,best company ever.david Wakefield

Old email contact can't upgrade if you don't know my "NEW" email
No way to contact RealPlayer, if the old email is deactivated, phone number is useless , and would happily upgrade but there is no way to communicate my new I say again new email

There is no way to login to Real Player to access...
There is no way to login to Real Player to access your premium account features. The app simply tells you you are offline.
This has been an issue for years. The posted 'solution' (reinstall or 'over install' the app) no longer works;I've reinstalled 5 times. You cannot log in to the website either; it just takes you through a loop to the community support page.
There appears to be no way to reach anyone to resolve the issue. I paid for a sub a few months ago, which is now useless.
