Don't use Real Page at all

Would like to know when I schedule a rent payment it gets cancelled by you. It should not matter what day I schedule the payment.

It seems to happen before the 10th of each month. After that, it doesn't get cancelled. Explain. I am tired of these property managers telling me it is my bank that is cancelling it.

I live at Oakdale Springs Apartments in Colorado Springs. Tracy is the property manager.

Ive filed a complaint with BBB Bureau about the lack of customer service I e received from this company. To make a long story short, they declined my dispute 3x times despite me providing proof of payment years ago in 2017.

This is preventing me from having a roof over my head and no one can give me no answers!

Just file another dispute!! Im highly frustrated and I need this removed from my file asap!!!
