Terrible Company that cannot own up to their mistakes and try to make you pay for it.

This company is unbelievable. I have lived here for 21 years and never had a problem until this management group took over our HOA.

They changed my billing and HOA information when someone in my household that is not on the HOA account, not on the home loan, or the title sent them a pool card waiver form to activate the summer pool card. I was not receiving any mailed statements anymore, or emails from the HOA. I realized this and logged in to see what was going on and saw that I had $135 in fees and missed HOA payment. I immediately paid the HOA fees and disputed the fees due to them sending everything to the person that sent them a pool card waiver with an unmonitored email and that is not on the account or the home.

They refused because they said they sent them to the afore mentioned email even though I told them that was not mine and never had been. I asked for escalation and they just continued to add on late fees ON THE LATE FEES, since I had paid the dues already. They then told me several times that this was escalated and the board would review. After months I went to one of the committee members in person to request a board hearing.

They then waived the fees only 2 months and not all the way back to July when I first brought this to their attention as a dispute.

I am having to take these guys to court and add in attorney fees, because they cannot use one bit of common sense like any normal company would.

They should have waived the $135 in fees, not continue to charge until there is $400 in fees that are just fees for fees. No HOA dues are unpaid.

Directing board in wrong doings...

Updated by user Apr 15, 2021

Continued Breach of contract in assistance of homeowners concerns. Currently had damage to my convertible top; top replace is 5700.00.

They hire contractor unsupervised using equipment inappropriately then cause damage no one wants tp take liability for their actions of anything. This damage occurred while I was talking care of my mother in hospice.

Kevin Terry and Rolando received emails of concern of the direction they gave to the board to take out of our community reserve funds to pay an attorney Julie at Riddle and Williams. The legal fees were for personal vendetta of a board member.

Terry lied to me saying that board members subject to violations as any homeowner yet when you report a board member they do not have any consequences. This management company harassed me for 2 yrs did not recognize me as a homeowner I am and assisted the rogue board in harassing me. There was $6938 legal fees put onto my account, and they ignored removing the fee I did not owe.

They attempt to extort money not owed by placing onto a property account holding it for ransom. These people are incompetent and breach the duty they are held responsible.

fined $1200 - the maximum and never gave a clear breakdown as to why - I didn't even do anything. All they said was to recoup our legal fees when your neighbor sued us for something you said, embezzlementaudfraud

Ignore the homeowners who pay their salaries!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The folks at the 866 call center are polite and helpful, but many issues require the help of Tanya, Jessica, or Susan at the local level. A week's worth of voice mails and emails have been ignored!

We are owners, not tenants! RealManage will not allow direct contact to the local staff...now I see why. Encourage your board to use another company to manage your HOA!!!!!

Real Manage Homeowners Assoication

The Nazi's at Real Manage try and tell me how to live in my home (that I own). I bought and paid for two sheds, got the home owner and city's approval and put them up.

Two years later Real Manage became the homeowners association and said that I had to take them down or else be sued.

They are trying to put a lein on the disabled vet's house that has the same shed up. Real Manage is threatening everyone in our community on home projects that they did before Real Manage took over.

It *** me off that I defended this country and now I have some *** maggot company coming in and threatening me because they don't like the way I live.

RealManage works at the direction of the Association's Board of Directors. Approval from the City does not override the Association's Documents.

If you have either written approval from the Board of Directors or your Association's Architectural Review Committee than you can keep your shed(s). If not and your documents do not allow them, they must come down.

Thanx for your service, but laws are laws. I am certain you can agree.
