I can't get in my accont
Very bad you can ring them but the cost would be very expensive the live agent chat is always busy and you can't get to talk to some one I've emailed them still no reply I've tried cancelling my subscription on the page but had no email notification saying its been cancelled unsure what else to do

I've been paying £1 a day after I cancelled this month after subscribing. So why did it not cancel when I did it and I would like a refund as I've now cancelled the payments through probiller too. I'm not happy about this your websites need to work when someone tries to cancel subscriptions
