Hi.I bought with bangood a couple of years ago a RF6 all in one simulator.with DVD.So now with my new laptop I tried to download the version 6,5. but you took it from your site.I could only find G7.5 my interlink serial have the digits R6 in the serial number and I can''t change the digits into R7 which are already pre programmed in the activation menu of RF7. I can add the other digits like I3 But the okay button stay gray..
I tried to fill in RealFlight support form US but the site crashed 2 times,,,Really frustrating,
So I try it here hoping to get some support..to get the Realflight simulation software working again.

Preferred solution: I would like to get my realflight software working again and if G6,5 is not available anymore,,,than anothher version that I can activate,,,
User's recommendation: They have good products fair prices but support could be a bit better maybe,,,more with activation issues and leaving older versions on their site to download for instralling on other PC for example

Absolutely can't believe I can't talk to a real person!!! very difficult to resolve issues online.
Worst customer service I have delt with. I have a simple question and it's had to get any information or response . I have RF 8 controller is worn.

- - Spent $700 on a new PC, but the product won't download.
- - First it said the PC wasn't compatible, then it blamed the network and disks don't help.
i spent 700 bucks on a new computer. And this piece of *** still will not download.first it said my computer was not compatible.
So i bought a new one. Know it says its my network.
*** this product sucks. and what the *** are the disks for they dont do *** Very unhappy
