The company reached out the next day to ensure my delivery was still cold and fresh.

I was unable to access my delivery box in the mailroom due to a new policy, until the next day. I was very concerned that my food might spoil due to the delay in picking up the box.

Never received this week’s delivery

I called and got no good answer and she hung up on me. I dont know what to do now because I did not receive this weeks delivery

They’re not honest

They charged me 2 months after my first week's order. I Never ordered any follow orders. The food was not good it was too peppery and I got sick from it. When I try to speak to somebody its always through emails. If a company doesnt have life support for Customer Service dont do business with them

Unauthorized shipped if food

I think anyone thats thinking of buying from this company, don't! They are so messed up. I got sick from their food after 1 week, so I never reordered. To my surprise, 2 months later, they send me food and charge me $96.43.This was unauthorized and illegal. There is us no live person to speak with. Rosa
