Worst experience a s a realtor.
Commission payments not sent timely and poor communication when requesting details on the commission payments.

This place is AWFUL!
I will NEVER rent from them again! Never, ever, ever. I rented from RPM December 31, 2016 - December 31, 2017 and every step of the way it has been a hassle. I have filed several work orders and only 1 of them was completed. I have email proof of everything because I know they are going to try and take my security deposit to fix things that I've already asked them to fix well before my lease was up. Also, there has been a problem with our water. My building (2000 Block of St. Paul Street in Baltimore, MD) is behind on their water bill by almost $1,000. That's public record. I'm waiting for them to approach me with a water bill in a few weeks and I will not be paying that. Absolutely not. I've already met with my lawyer so when I get a comment on this review by an RPM rep, I'll be ready. Do not, I repeat, do NOT rent from this place if you are a tenant. They are only here for the property owner, not you. The maintenance person, Amir, is so unresponsive it's ridiculous. He tried to have me pay for a locksmith because my roommate and I were out of town when the pipe burst. That's not my problem, you all should have extra keys at the office in Rockville, Maryland. This company SUCKS. I can't believe I wasted my money here for a whole year. Never again. I'm telling you, avoid this property management company at all costs. I'm waiting for them to try and keep my security deposit, which should be in escrow but we know it's not. They are a money hungry company that doesn't give a damn about you. But heaven forbid if you miss rent (yea, when you, Suleman H., "look up my record" I dare you to say I missed rent. Every payment was on-time and in full). I demand my security deposit back. I want to be DONE with this place. I'd rather live on the street then rent from these people again. They are so quick to take your money but they will NEVER give it back. I'm prepared for a fight to get my security deposit back. I've already lawyered up and if you ever have the misfortune of renting from this company, I advise you to do the same. Get everything in writing, save every email, constantly ask for clarification on anything, and after any phone call with them send a follow-up email with everything you talked about and ask them to sign off on it. If they refuse, keep at it until they do. They will try and use this against you so you must have proof. This company is the WORST. Avoid at ALL costs. Do NOT rent from them if you are a tenant. Stay away. I have a feeling I'm going to be dealing with them far after my lease is over. Don't make my same mistakes. Good luck if you are currently in a contract with them.

This company charged the landlord a cleaning fee after the tenant leaves and threatened to put a a LIen on my property
This company is horrible beyond horrible. I hired this company to managed my property. They are unable to itemized their overpriced repairs. When my tenant left they are charging me $350 for cleaning fee.. I spoke to Dianelis Gordon one of their staff, she assured me that the cleaning fee will be charge to the tenant security deposit when they leave. When they sent me the bill I was surprised , I called her and ask why the cleaning fee was not charged to the tenant ; she replied that the tenant left the house clean ; I ask her if the tenant left the house clean why do you have to clean it?? She threatened to put a LIEN on my property if I didn't pay them .Clearly all they are thinking is how they can make money from their clients.. I cannot believe that company like this still exist..

The Worst at dealing with tenants and top it off with lieing to landlord
My tenants who are as quiet as church mice gathered the strength to complain about unresponsiveness of the property management company I had recently hired (8 months prior). I too had noticed this and gave them notice and a chance to improve. The 400am fire we all dread occurred a month later and they were no where to be found when called by the tenants. The tenants eventually called me and I had to respond to deal with the issue. After the dust cleared, instead of carefully reviewing their employees inactions, they took a defensive stance and even claimed they responded before I did? They further stated that tenants conspire against property managers. I really found that comment disheartening since tenants are what provides them with a business. I informed them that based on the tenant complaints they were not fulfilling the contract that we agreed to and I would assume their job from this point forward as they had broken the contract. They as a punitive measure withheld $ 700 of rent due to me stating early termination of thee contract has a penalty fee. This company is a complete rip off. Beware
