I have been going crazy dealing with Real Merch UK I ordered the potato head 3 times trying to get for Christmas the first one took to long I got mad because it would be here till January I ordered another one it just came 2 days ago I thought I would have it in time for his birthday I look on my app to see where it's at they say its being returned now they have it confused with the first one I called them they said we REFUND me already at this time I still didn't have either star wars potato so I try the 3rd time it's the January 19th I finally get one I try contacting them to REFUND the 3rd one they emailed me they have already refunded my money I'm still trying to get my REFUND I will never try to rush anything from this company it to much pressure they don't have it under control they don't stand behind the delivers or customer service. Still waiting for them to reply about my REFUND!!!!(I'm trying to be nice about but now my fuse is lit!)
