Horrible customer service experience when ordering a jersey
Hi,
I ordered a jersey with a customized player name printed at the back on May 15th. I asked for expedited shipping when I ordered the jersey because I needed it ahead of the CL final.
Given that the item has yet to be shipped, I no longer need expedited shipping since the item will not arrive on time anyway.
I've reached out to your customer service several times to ask for a refund of the shipping charge, but I received poor customer service, and they completely ignored my request. If the shipping charge cannot be refunded, I would like my order to be cancelled along with my membership, as this level of customer service is entirely unacceptable.
