VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT
- - Company blocks my comments online.
- - I asked to be removed from the database.
- - They are rude and harassing; I got a letter with my personal information.
This company is now blocking my comments, so others won't see the truth, tell you a LOT about their true motives.
So I called these jerk offs to be taken off their mailing list, called several times to get a hold of a manager or supervisor and finally when I got a hold of one after so many calls, told him I am a victim of identity fraud and to remove me from ALL of their data base indefinitely, he said sorry and that he will and said thank you and hung up. Hmmmm with out asking for my name and address?
what a RETARD, so I have been calling them several times a day asking for a manager or supervisor. They are VERY RUDE and arrogant and little do they know that I will teach them a lesson as to stop harassing me.
I never singed up or knew about their garbage till they sent me a letter with personal info on it which put me at risk. Think twice before EVER using these scammers

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY from this place and do NOT give them any of your info
Received a rental lead, Section 8 with pit bull, instead of a verified lead to purchase or sell
wasted time on an unverified lead for purchase
the person did not even live in the city that the RE Pipeline says they verified
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: be wary of the representation of that they deliver verified leads for purchase
Want to thank you
- - Spent $7,200 on a year-long contract at $600/month with no good leads.
- - I am going back to referrals with my sphere of influence.
I just got a call from Real Estate Pipeline. Sounded affordable and she talked the talk good.
I told her I wanted to check online first on the reviews before I committed cause I have wasted sooo much money on these lead companies. So I found this site and read your reviews. I just want to thank you for posting these reviews so as agents we can maybe save some money on these companies that promise us leads and its a total waste of money. So thank you.
You saved me this time.
Also, for the record.
DO NOT USE BOLD LEADS I signed a year contract 600 a month so 7,,200 dollars for NOT 1 good lead in a year. Im going back to referral business with my sphere of influence.

Verified ReviewerDon't do it!
- - They misrepresented leads and charged over 1300 including a setup fee.
- - No refunds; leads were unqualified, pushy, and sometimes harassing.
They basically lie to you. I spent over 1300.00 that included a set up fee!
None and I mean none of the leads had been qualified as promised! Many not even moving to our area. Some said they were basically harassed to give information and were at work when the calls from REPL came in and then sent to me while on the phone. They said they were pushy and I can attest to that!
You can't get any kind of refund so what you have worked for is down the drain!
DON'T DO IT NO MATTER WHAT THEY PROMISE! Mary H
Preferred solution: Full refund
Horrible!
- - Leads claimed to be verified and scrubbed were not accurate.
- - Spent over $1000 for leads not interested or in the wrong area.
Leads ARE horrible! They say the are verified and scrubbed, it is not true.
I spent over $1000 for nothing. Leads were either: a. Not interested or looking in a different area b.
Unrealistic expectations wanting a home for 150k when our median is 350k c. Looking to rent
Do not waste your time or money.
- Are rip offs
- Quality of leads or the lack of guarantee
Preferred solution: Full refund
Wow... No Transparency!
- - They called for years; I tried them and was very disappointed (0/10).
- - Public platforms don't allow reviews and they're hard to work with.
This company called me for years and I decided I would give them a shot, and oh my gosh I couldn't be more disappointed... You might notice that none of their platforms that they are on public facing allow for reviews - they are terrible to work with and the leads are pretty much always shocked that someone is calling them to talk about real estate, and not interested in buying or selling. This is a 0 out of 10...
Terrible experience
- - Signed 2/11/19; prepaid $1,164 for 12 leads and a $199 setup; 2 free leads promised.
- - First lead 3/15/19 not qualified; replacement lead promised.
I signed up with Real Estate Pipeline on 2/11/19 and agreed to pre pay for 12 leads @ $97 each totaling $1164, plus a $199 set up fee. They were also to provide 2 additional leads at no cost.
I was told there would be a qualified lead on average 1 time per month. I was provided a 60 day money back guarantee. I received my first lead on 3/15/19 and it wasn't a qualified lead. I was to be provided a replacement lead.
Near the end of March I called and complained that it was 6 weeks with no qualified lead and this was our season. I was leaving town for a week and didn't want to miss the 60 day deadline for the refund and started the process, only to learn that I wouldn't get the set up fee back or the one lead ($97) provided but not replaced. They offered to extend my time through 4/30/19 in order to get a replacement lead for me. As of today I processed the close of my account for a refund of $1067.
According to customer supports emails I can expect them to complete closing the account over the next day with a refund to me in 7-10 days. I am writing the BBB about the remaining $296 owed for set up and bogus lead. I feel this is also owed back to me. In 2.5 months, there was no viable lead provided.
I did first attempt to work this out with REP prior to contacting BBB.
I understand I signed a contract about how it all worked, but I feel REP didn't hold up to their end of the contract because they never provided an actual verified lead. I would have expected them to work hardest during the refundable period
Preferred solution: Full refund
Don't waste your time or money. Too expensive and Bad leads.
- - They promised replacement leads and a refund.
- - Five leads; most were unqualified or outside area.
- - There was no answer when I asked what they could do.
It has been one month since my review and there has been NO response from Real Estate Pipeline. It seems obvious to me that they are more interested in getting the initial business than retaining their current customers.
Do yourself a favor and find a different lead source. Before signing up with them check their online reviews, not from their website, check the Better Business Bureau.
They called me up and made all sorts of promises including replacement leads, refund if not satisfied, qualified leads, etc. After my first 5 leads I could tell this was just wasting my time requesting replacement leads for the unqualified leads, most of which either weren't even looking to buy or sell or were looking in areas way outside of my service area.
I called to see what they could do for me and they had no answer.
It is interesting that their reviews on their own site are all high praise but here and on BBB they are all bad. I suspect they edit their reviews so you don't get a good feel for their real service.
I learned the hard way.
- Quality of leads or the lack of guarantee

Real Estate Broker
Absolutely the worst real estate lead company I've ever worked with, run as fast as you can from them!
Do not do it !
- - Leads cost $97.
- - Refunds are hard to obtain.
- - Most leads are terrible and hard to reach.
- - Some leads target $50K-$100K homes, not possible in CA.
Please do not waste your money. I think this is the first review I have written - I took the time to write it because I did not want others to do what I did.
Basically, the leads are hard to get refunded for, even if they would not be considered an actual "lead". The Leads cost $97. ALL of the leads are terrible! Most leads you cannot even reach or have no desire to by/sell.
The others are looking for $50K-100K homes, which is not possible in California. I feel guilty even calling them leads. It was a complete waste of time and money. I do not see how they are in business still.
Best of luck to you and please try a different source for your leads. Trial and error :)
Preferred solution: I do not expect one. I just do not want others to waste their money.
Don't waste your money
- - Cancellation was promised anytime; the account was reinstated.
- - They were charged half; no leads arrived; emails may be spam.
They called while I was busy with the line," just try it you can always cancel" so I thought why not but when I asked to cancel after 1 week they gave me the run around and then reinstated my account with out permission and now want to charge me HALF after only one half {{Redacted}} lead! According to them they can reinstate your account even if you cancel just by sending you an email and saying so. The agent I spoke to said that their emails must have gone to my spam account and that they sent me 3 leads, I check my spam regularly and I can guarantee that I didn't get them!!

Ripped off about 4-6 years ago
- - Paid around 800-****.00; not worth it.
- - Leads exist, but quality is poor.
- - Tried two other lead systems; the one loved is out of business.
I've been wanting to write a review on this company. I purchased this many years ago and it was somewhere in the range of 800-****.00.
Totally not worth your money. Oh you get leads but you have to fight with them over the quality of leads. This company is a joke and they need to be put out of business. Run....don't buy leads from this company.
I also tried to get my money back or at least half but not even an option.
Poor customer service! They are very rude and will not even talk to you about a money back guarantee.
I have purchased 2 other lead generating systems from other companies and the only one I absolutely loved is out of business after the downturn.
Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on buying leads from Real Estate Pipeline
- - The reviewer warns against Real Estate Pipeline leads.
- - They say leads don’t ask about credit, employment, or down payments.
If you're looking to purchase leads to get your Real Estate Business up and running, DO NOT purchase leads from Real Estate Pipeline. They're a bunch of professional ripoff artists, promising you that their clients have been pre-screened and asked very important qualifying questions.
BS. They forget to ask "So how is your credit??" , Are you currently employed??, Do you have a sufficient amount of money to put down?? These are all very important questions. Without good credit, you can't even rent a home.
You need a job to pay for rent or a mortgage and you need to put down at least 3.5% down to buy a home not including closing costs. If you receive a phone call from these people, hang up immediately. If you get an email from them, delete it right away.
What a joke of a company!!! stay away, you'll be glad you did!!

i too was a victim of Real Estate Pipeline in 2012...they promised many things to get your money and delivered nothing. At the time i signed up there wasn't any negative reviews or agency complains to be found.
My story along with 18 others are posted on ripoff reports.
Their business strategy seems to be just screw everyone and enjoy life. How they stay in business is beyond me?
