Reiv should act as a professional body to the industry and consumers . Where are the ethics!
Tired of real estate agents quoting a range for auction yet not putting the property on the market after the range has been exceeded And passing in the property. Its clear the vendor was never going to accept the top of the range quoted and always wanted more.
This is gross misrepresentation. And the reiv does nothing about it it simply protects its shonky members!
