For wrong charges

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

They charge me wrong for some Real Estate Express course $27 every month for around a year, I never bought that.

I bought real state express course in January 2022 and canceled immediately and I got refund for that. But when I checked my bank statements last month I saw $27 for every month they are deducting from my account.

Please refund me this.

California 45 Hours Appraisal Course

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This course is one of the optional courses that can be taken to pursue either a salesperson or a broker's license for real estate in California. The company offers a variety of courses.

However, the appraisal course was designed to make you fail the final exam. None of the questions in the final exams appear previously in any of the quizzes and reviews. Moreover, several questions were badly worded and others were confusing. To add misery, the school requires 70 percent to get your certificate.

The school does not warn you can take the final exam only twice. The idea seems to be that you have to repeat the course and of course that you are going to pay them to re-take the course.

However, I later found that other schools do not require 70% to pass but only 60%. There is a long list of schools approved to teach this course, either in person or online. I looked at only two of them and both of them only required 60% pass rate.

Then I questioned the school as to why they had 70 percent when it seemed that other schools (probably the majority I only checked 2) only required 60%. I got a response saying that the State required this, which is obviously wrong because all the other schools are also approved to offer these courses by the State of California.

After this incident, I enrolled in another school and found that its quality was highly superior to Real Estate Express, and they only require 60% and they will give you your certificate that is as valid as any other.
