RECR = Real Estate Client Referral is an internt scam. Do not do business with these people, because they will take your $2000 and run.

They claim it's 90 trial but the system, which they don't tell you upfront, is to take your money first by charging your credit card. They deduct the amount for each client they send. You have the option to decline the client and they claim to replace them, however they don't send hot leads as they claim, and they send them all prior to end of trial period, so you are out of LUCK with your funds.

I submitted a complaint with BBB and they recommended mediating, but RECR refused to do so. Check BBB and their poor F scoring before doing business with this company.

REAL ESTATE AGENTS BEWARE! DO NOT USE RECR OR REAL ESTATE CLIENT REFERRAL.

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They promise a refund in 90 days if you are not satisfied and then they will not send the refund! They have lost their BBB status and have many complaints at the Montana Department of Justice Consumer Affairs Divsion. They have promised time and time again that the check is in the mail.

Now, 3 weeks later, still no check. Their leads are also dead ends.

I want to ensure that no one else gets ripped off by this company. Please spread the word!

We had an account with Beneficial for 6 years. Paid on time and never missed a payment.

Called local branch to get a payoff since they would not reduce the 24.99% interest they were charging and was given an amount. Received bank funds one hour later and went to local branch within two hours of receiving payoff amount to get out from under Beneficial. Low and behold, I get a bill for $129.45 for finance charges. I called the local office who tells me there is documention that says the person at their office called customer service and was given the payoff amount but it did not seem to include the finance charges for the billing period.

I then called the main office and was told there is no documentation that says customer service was called. Basically, they screwed up but I am still on the hook for the final finance charges. Run, walk or fly - whatever you can do to steer clear of Beneficial. I have owned several businesses and when I screwed up, I took the hit that is "customer service".

They on the other hand take no resonsibility for their mistakes. Just a lot of finger pointing between the local offices and the corporate offices. I will never use them again.

I even cancelled my credit card with HSBC.
