Pissed Consumer isn't the platform that I thought it was!! No need to tell you anymore about my story! What's the point?
It's their name on my bank statement. Stop receiving payments for services if you're always going to disconnect yourselves from any problem your customers have! Cinema HD has an error 403 that supposed be the cause of some legal regulations? Instead of giving you real answers, instead...
they try to confuse you with a bunch of technical but non-layman's terms!!
They probably won't understand the word refund neither? Since their located in France it will probably be even harder to reach them anyway, that's if they want to be reached??

Real-Debrid constantly stops working
First of all Real-Debrid should have a 1-800 number for customer service! I have been using real-debrid for over 10 years & most of the time it works fine but over the last week it's stopped working at least 5 times.
Last night everything was working fine but today when I went to pick a show, all the paid real-debrid streams were shown but when I select any stream, it takes a long time to load. I know something is wrong because it usually loads in seconds. After trying multiple streams on different movies or shows, all the streams come back saying "No Stream Available".
I know the problem is from real-debrid & not my tv or setup because I have real-debrid on my mother's tv & she has the same problem as me. Simply 1 day it works fine & the next day it doesn't work at all.

Payment
My debit card was stolen and they took $750.00 out of my account and I had to get a new card. I've been trying to get in contact with real-debrid to change the card number but I can't seem to get through to them.
I love real-debrid and I want to start using it again.
How can I resolve this problem? I live in Brooklyn NY

First subscribed to real debrid it was good...but subscribed 2nd time, ads pop up on films, poor links with no audio no subtitles, the cinema hd APP his crap used mx player better but subtitles a faff to get, real debrid suppose to stop annoying ads and spam, no better than kodie, which you need real debrid to watch! Poor, all movies on real debrid keeps delaying for 4-or 5mins before playing
Whenever I press on real debrid authorisation it takes 5-6mins for the code to come up, and it's very frustrating when that happens

They have the worst customer service I ever dealt with no way to contact them by phone
Tried and tried to put in my activation code and it keeps saying wrong code or code expired and it slow to come through email

Im not able to log into my account and I just paid for another 6 months. Really frustrated that you cant contact them on any platform.

Trying to contact using the assigned “ticket” number. Sent copies of cards. Problem occurred when we paid multiple times because it didn’t acknowledge it received payment…Suspected fraud activity. Contacted the bank and cc company.
we’ve had it 6 years. Never a problem before.
It’s 4 days and actually afraid they will block us. Rey frustrating as being older not sure how to approach the problem.

I agree about getting a refund, but who do you talk to? There's no customer service...that I know of?
I know that they're an international company...guess they can get away with it? That's the thing about international companies...use at your own risk!! RapidGator is supposed to be one of there supported host, but it's not working? RapidGator has been my favorite host for years on Real Debrid, but just recently stopped working!
I'm paid up until February 2025 and it's not functioning!!!! SMMH
