Ready Set Jump Inflatables

After many chances I finally feel compelled to leave a proper review.

In short, unprofessional.

First time at our home they delivered and hit our brand new fence with no discount offered after their mistake and damage to, again, our brand new fence.

Then they took OUR extension cord. Things happen, I get it; however, they acted extremely bothered that I asked them to return it.

They never return texts!

Time after time I basically have begged them to let us nook one of THEIR inflatables. In fact, I have messaged several times recently asking about a date for an inflatable and surprisingly I got a response; however then response was I will check my schedule.

Days go by, no response. I finally message again, no response.

Sadly, I could go on and on.

The reason we have continued to use this "company" is because they always leave the inflatable over night and don't bother you with coming to pick it up after your party.

We have been renting from them for the last 5 yrs 1 to 2 times a yr the crew that comes over to set it up are very polite and professional. This company is the first and only one i call.

We have always had a great experience and will continue to rent from them. The look on my grandkids face is priceless when the look outside and see the bouce house going up the worst is when they come to take it down.

Rented a 22’ slide from Chris Jacobs on Aug 25, 2018. He set up the slide and started spot spraying/cleaning areas around pool area.

I noticed the slide looked dirty but didn’t think anything more of it. Had the party and 1-2 days after all 11 kids that went down the slide were puking and very ill. I called and text Chris, wanting to discuss and verify their cleaning protocol, but he cowardly never called back.

It’s clear to me that he did not disinfect the slide before delivery and some kind of bacteria was present that made the children ill. DO NOT RENT FROM CHRIS!!!!!!

We hired Chris Jacobs of Ready Set Jump at readysetjumpinflatables.com. Big mistake!

We prepaid $275 for the 20 foot Tsunami Slide (wet) & an extra $100 for 2 hotdog hut steamers. Total price $375. Chris & 3 other guys show up for the party with the Pirates bounce house which is not what I ordered & paid for. My Tsunami slide was $275 instead Chris Jacobs shows up with a $100 piece of junk Pirate bounce house.

No hotdog hut steamers either. Chris said his hotdog machines are broken. I bet it is! I did not get any refund.

All I got from Chris Jacobs was a cussing--to his customer. A vulgar mouth--in front of kids!!!! Do yourself a favor & do not do business with Ready Set Jump Inflatables.

I did a google search of Chris Jacobs & his phone number only to discover he & his wife Gina Jacobs have many, many complaints for selling sick Dachshunds in Smyrna TN & are being investigated. Apparently Chris & Gina Jacobs are both running scam operations.
