Resolved: They never sent my item nor did they refund my money
- Placed April 5 order; tracking shows item with seller, not delivered, and refund requests have had no result.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I sent them a final email after they sent me a review email which I filled out with the situation yet resolved they sent me an email a day later say simply we sent it out a couple days ago you should be receiving it any day now. No apologies nothing I received my item today.
I received an email yesterday stating that I should be receiving it any day different tracking number and it arrived today I raised the rating due to the quality of the product and the packaging other then that I can't in good faith say the company is trustworthy or considerate I literally had to send them an email stating that I was posting a negative review because of the situation. There was no sorry no explanation just the last email saying they had sent it out a couple days ago. Is there product good yes absolutly but the hassle was unnecessary I hope they don't treat anyone else this way and get their ship straight because they do offer a valuable product
