I just want to thankyou so much for your service! It was quite late at night and I am from Adelaide(Aust) and my sister lives in Qld ij a quite far off town called Emerald.

I thought there was No WAY in the world I would be able to get flowers to her for her birthday which is on Sun. I did some search engines and a couple of online florists came up but couldn't either deliver that day or deliver to Emerald. I came across your site and was going through the process and thought this was too good to be true! It wasn't!

You guy's got my order AND delivered it THE NEXT DAY! My sister has also been going through a really hard time lately with her partner in hospital and she was absolutely wrapped when she got them! I honestly can't thankyou enough! I will be using your service from now on when I order flowers online and not other services.

Another disappointed, frustrated and very unhappy customer here. I ordered a bunch of flowers for my friend's 40th birthday to be delivered on Friday - and nothing was delivered.

After notifying the company I was advised it could take up to 24 hours for them to chase up the courier.

That time passed and I didn't hear a word. Meanwhile, my friend's birthday has been and gone and I am $70 poorer with nothing to show.

I first heard about Ready Flowers 7 years ago. They failed to delivery flowers to my dying Mother.

How they are still operating now I have no idea - they are scam merchants. Ready Flowers are not florists - they take your order, then send it to a florist they have recruited to work for them. If you order $80 worth of flowers, they will tell the florist to send you $40 worth and then they take half that cost from the florist.

And they don't pay the florist. Do your research, there are numerous sites out there about these scammers.

I ordered an upsized arrangement of day lilies and got 3 roses. You can't even order 3 roses on their website!

I tried working with customer service but got nowhere.

I finally reversed the charge on my credit card. These guys are awful.

Your website is quick and easy to use and you offer a lot of different options and price ranges. The flowers were ordered on a Friday and delivery was made on Monday.

First time I have used the service and found it very easy and convenient. Being able to choose the style of arrangement was excellent and perfect.

I appreciate that you can order up until 2:00pm to receive same-day delivery. My friend loved the flowers she received. I will definitely use your company again.

Everything about your customer service was excellent, your website is well designed and easy to use. Also the flowers were delivered at the right time with no hassles.

My only issue was that the flowers delivered were very different colours to the ones in the picture. I know that this can happen, however the colours were orange pruple and yellow rather than pink and white. They still looked amazing however the colours were very different

Ready Flowers now operates out of Cebu Philippines and is partners with a company called Kryptonite Digital, who is owned by pico (according to there site), which is a company in hk. Kryptonite (kryptonitedigital.com) apparently rents them space and does their marketing. My friend knows someone well who worked in the flowers call center. The flowers crooks are hard to track down but I was able to find the CEO of the other company who is just as culpable imo.

Ordered flowers for this past Mother's Day to be delivered to my wife in Manila and when they arrived they were tired and old so immediately contacted Ready Flowers with a photo and complained. They replied saying pictures of the flowers were taken several days after delivery and not when they arrived.

So then the florist in Manila sent a photo of the flowers before they were delivered which was a scam as why would he even bother to take such a picture unless he was being challenged?

Finally fresh flowers and chocolates arrived and this is a lesson learned as I will not be using them again. Also, dealing with Customer Service in Thailand with some girl with a weird name who did not read or could not understand the nature of my complaint was infuriating as I had to explain bit by bit so she understood me.

I ordered flowers from Ready Flowers for delivery to a family member in USA. The cost inc delivery charge was $AU83 and a few cents.

When they arrived there was 6 flower stems of poor to average standard. A family member contacted me and advised the poor value for the money paid and then contacted the delivering florist who advised he was only paid 45.00 including a 25.00 delivery fee. He also advised his normal shop price for these flowers (delivered) is about 2.50 per stem.

Ready flowers have removed my very polite request to consider this matter and a email and phone call have not achieved even an acceptance of this situation. Based on my experience I strongly recommend you do not use Ready Flowers.
