Resolved: I have emailed RW 2x and have tried to call them but no working phone number - someone is hacking into my students (my children) accounts.
None! They never contacted me back and it had to do with my students security not just mine. Go to Pissedconsumer first.
A ghost /hacked account has recently showed up on my students' accounts but not on mine. And I did not create that account.
