Took money without my confirmation and can't get refunded. It said to download free 7 days, never got any free trial, just charged my card 75 dollars without my consent. Now I'm out of money because their customer service number doesn't work either.

They dont have proper procedure.

Regarding subscription and refund amount

Charge dispute

My name is Nike Isedu. I subscribed for a free trial on reading.com, which is supposed to end on 10/30/25, but I canceled on 20/29/25.

However, I was charged 74.99 on 10/31/25.

I am disputing this charge and asking for a refund. Thank you.

I subscribed by mistake. I thought it's a month-to-month payment, and I just found out that you collect a 1-year payment.

I just subscribed for one week, and now my child is not interested anymore.
