After writing the company again and sending messages on their Facebook and Instagram accounts, they again charged my credit card fraudulently. I have alerted my credit card company again about this charge and had to be issued a new card.
I signed up and never received my username and password, so that I was not able to have my son use the software. After repeatedly trying to get the company to respond to my emails, phone calls (phone disconnected) and trying to cancel on their website (after typing everything- there was no way to submit the cancel request). I wrote an email canceling. The very next month I was charged for $79 which was the subscription fee.
I am hoping that by writing this no other parents are taken advantage of like I was. Stay away from this company!
