Discrimination against a female sold broken and equipment
I purchased commercial equipment from RDS through Craigslist ads. They demanded a certified check before delivery which I refused but provided once equipment arrived. The equipment was not working. They also lied about the voltage of the equipment which wasnt comparable with what I had. Ive been lied to criticized for being a female business owner Ive received several nasty texts from the owner Daniel who references and insults me in a personal level including my divorce which I do not know this Person from anywhere. In addition they lied to me about a refund repeatedly ask me to wait as they are picking up the equipment and never show. They have me jumping hoops with their lies. I cannot operate in my business without proper equipment in addition I cannot being in new as the broken items they sold me are so big and heavy I have no where to put them. They have lied repeatedly, their demeaning behavior against me because Im a woman has caused me to have several breakdowns and Im at a loss of business and Im not working at the capacity I should be. They have insulted me belittled me and treated me with such discount because Im a female business owner. I want my money back over 3k and the equity removed from my business. This has been going on since the beginning of December
