Hello today I was in the store in Harker Heights Texas none of their products are Priced I was told that the shampoo was 2 for $30. When I was checking out I asked why my amount was so high I was then told that they do not do refunds or returns or store credit and that I was stuck with my purchase.
The store clerk also did not check for my state license.
The store Clark’s response to me being upset was oh *** And she was not sympathetic In any regard to my disappointment or helpful I am very disappointment with the shopping trip. The store smelled of cigarette smoke in the store clerk was very unprofessional this is not the first time that I have dealt with the store clerk but I decided to give the store another chance I am hoping that RTA can refund me my money I am happy to send back the product to the warehouse but I do not wish to step sl foot in that store again
