Wouldn *** on them if they was on fire

I ordered a car from these jokers on july 9th on line, paid via credit card and waited and waited but no show, Was advised it would take 3 days for delivery,It was for my sons birthday, Tried to phone them over 10 times for over a hour at at time and all i got was abba playing down the phone no answer, Tried emailing them 4 times in a week no response, Now contacting police and c/card company for refund, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR NEVER EVER USE THIS *** COMPANY...... THEY ONLY WANT TO RUIN YOUR HAPPINESS............. SO IF ANYONE FROM RC2ME READS THIS KEEP SMILING COS YOUR DAYS COMIN

had the same yesterday july 19th 2012 ordered nitro truck went back on to site and wouldn't let me on said it had decided to cease trading hope so for the sake of every one out there, paid by credit card thankfully,tried to stop it going through but no joy is on hold at the minute if they try to claim it credit card company will follow it up. scamming bas****s


Hi all you wont get a response as i ordered a car from them and they took the money but now has ceased trading.

RC2ME rubbish customer service

I ordered a car over the telephone from these guys and had problems with processing the payment. I needed to ring them back after I had checked an issue with my bank. I cancelled the order and purchased the car from Nitrotek who were brilliant by the way !!! Anyway I noticed a couple of days later that RC2me had taken out FOUR payments for the car I ordered. So I rang them and they said it was a mistake and they would credit my account....... a couple of days later and I checked my account and they had only gone and taken another THREE payments for the car so I rang my bank and stopped my account. I have been ringing these so and so's for the past six days and cannot get hold of anyone so do yourselves a favour and please give these ars***les a wide berth !!!

the same happened to me & RC2ME cancelled my order 2 months ago & still havent payed all my money back

RC2ME are Liars and have the worst service ever!

Having placed an order on the 14th April, we have not received the product or been able to speak to anyone at RC2ME since then... 2 weeks ago and still waiting.... We contacted them (amazingly they answered the phone!) Andrew assured me it was on its way. The expected delivery day came and went, this is where my problems started i attempted to contact them via phone which took ages it rang and rang then went to the engaged tone. I eventually spoke to someone who said they were unable to give me any tracking details. I would like to give them a chance but if i cant get in touch with them and they dont reply to emails what am i supposed to do? Perhaps visit their address in manchester and knock on the door maybe. which if i was closer i would have done by now. Very unhappy customers we are and our son is even more disappointed!!

My story is exactly the same as all the others,placed order on 04/04/2012, got an email next day asking what colour i wanted i replied and then didn't hear anything else. Rang and eventually got through to Andrew whoassured me car was on way.The car never came and i haven;t heard from them since despite numerous emails and calls that are never answered.

I contacted Trading Standards who told me they had breached the on-line selling regulations and that i had to send a written request for a refund and to give them 30 days to respond. I did this and still haven't heard from them not sure what to do next other than try and get my money back through the small claims court.

Their customer service isn't just bad it's non existent but they are quick enough to take your money! We are particularly unhappy as it

was a birthday present for our 13yr old son.


i also agree with you on this one mate, everything you have just said was very correct and all of that happened to me to, worsed company i have ever delt with, first i ordered a nitro car from them they said it was out of stock and i had to wait till next month for it to come back in, so i waited "nothing" !!!! so i contacted them for them to tell me that therewas issues with there stock and will send me a free car out as a gesture am still waiting for my car 2 months after i first placed my order, i must of sent them 25-30 emails they replied to 2 of them.

i think that says it all about there customer service hey ???

anyway i finaly emailed them asking if i was ever going to get my nitro car and "nothing" and never has been since !! so if you have a brain i would defo use a diffent company to buy from
