Absolute disaster
The reason I'm saying it's an absolute disaster is because it's a 700 ft apartment that they moved a year prior with two movers in 3 hours this time it took them 6 hours plus they broke the sofa they broke the lamp and then they couldn't pick up the sofa up the stairs they left it in the garage charged me $100 for a blanket that they left on the sofa covered because they said it's going to cost money and time for them to open the plastic to take the blanket I tried a couple of times to talk to them on the phone and explain the situation they didn't want to even be apologetic about what happened and told me that all they can do is refund $100 for the blanket and the rest the broken light and the sofa it's not their responsibility
