Go to YELP and enter RBA homes to see our videos of it raining in our kitchen, master bedroom, and guest bedroom! It rained on all kitchen cabinets which all split! We had to hire a lawyer to make RBA fix this nightmare! Lawyer had home inspector go through our house and found
balcony had to be taken off because they did not use long enough nails!
All exhaust pipes weren't even connected to the roof to have shower exhaust go outside rather than on attic floor! RBA's plumber Mark Brody used outdoor waterline to hook up our ice maker and when temperature outside dropped below freezing ice maker stopped. We ordered another ice maker and Jen Aire found that plumber Mark Brody used outside water line through the walls! Our fire alarms that detect CO2 admissions kept going off.
Gas company shut RBA's furnance down THREE TIMES! THREE VIOLATIONS for endangering our lives because RBA contractor did not install furnace correctly! All plumbing leaked! I have all the photos and all the videos! You would think a few problems could occur which I would consider normal but for all of these problems I need to post to show the truth about our experience! RBA posts tile work in bathrooms and all countertops on their google page THIS IS NOT THEIR WORK! This is my hired contractor ELEMENT and ELEMENT is not happy that RBA is posting their work as if RBA did this! RBA reviews "1 time review" people I do not think are real reviews. I think they are trying to push my real review down so the public doesn't see what happened to us! READ Kathy D's and Anthony D's review on YELP.
