They Did not show up on a Friday at 2 pm, I called and was rescheduled for 12 Saturday, and told someone would be it the office if trouble, they did not show, no one in the office, left hanging day 2 again, DO NOT PURCHASE from these people, avoid any distributors they care very little about the customer, plenty of other reputable shed builders than these folks.

Terrible Company
- - Roof tin was damaged and undisclosed until after payment.
- - They promised a 7AM repair the next day, but it did not occur.
This company is the worst!!! I had a building put up in July of 2017.
The first time they showed up all the metal for the roof was damaged but the installers did not tell me this until AFTER I had called the office and paid for the building in full. They said they would be back the next day to put up the building at 7AM. Around 10AM they show up and they still have 1 piece of damaged roof tin. They put the building up and said they would be back to repair.
Well its 09/27/17 and still no repair. This company takes your money and doesn't stand up for their work. I would have never paid for the building if I had known it would take so long to get a repair. The people who answer the phones are always laughing when they answer.
Not professional and never have an answer about my repair. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a metal carport Dec 5 2015 from one of R & Bs dealers in Alabama. I paid the 10 percent down and was warned about the extreme waiting time for installation.
I was called in advanced by the GA office and told the date would be Thursday Jan 8th. They called prior and said the truck was broke and they had to reschedule til Jan 15th. I took off work, no one ever showed up, I called 10 times, no one knew exactly what was going on and blamed the installers, they would never call me back so thats why I called them several times. Apparently their installers dont have cell phones because they never could seem to find them.
I got a call from a man in TN at 530 that night, my installer, he said his paper work was wrong, he was blaming GA office. HE PROMISED TO BE AT MY HOUSE NEXT MORNING AT 7 am!! I TOOK OFF WORK AGAIN, HE NEVER showed up and number on caller id from day before did not work. I went back to work, called GA office from work, they were clueless and said they would call back when they knew what was going on, they never called.
Different installer calls me at 11:10 am on my cell, BUT I COULDNT ANSWER IT AT THAT EXACT *** MOMENT BECAUSE I WAS WORKING!! Installer said on a message they would be at my house at 2pm and to call him back at the Gainsboro TN office. I LITERALLY CALLED A DOZEN TIMES FROM 1130 til 530, no answer! I took off work again, this time at 130, went home, no installers.
GA office calls me a week later and says they can schedule install Feb 3rd. I told them of my treatment and asked them to please make my install a priority and not make me wait two more weeks, they could not help.
R & B IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WITNESSED!! How can they be in business??

False information, extremely long wait time

I requested information concerning a building and was quoted 2-3 weeks wait time from time of purchase to time of the building going up. When I bought it, I was told 3-5 weeks.
After no contact from the company about an installation date, I called and was told due to the heat they were up to 4-6 weeks from the time of purchase. After five weeks and still hearing nothing about a date for my building to go up, I called again and was told 7 weeks.
Who knows when I will get a building since the information I am given changes every time I speak to someone. This company has horrible customer service and does not provide a product in an even remotely timely manner.
Company lied to us several times and never delivered.

On March 24, 2011, we ordered a carport cover from R&B Metal Structures to be delivered on June 29, June 30, or July 1. These dates were in our contract with this company.
We received several phone calls from this company stating that our cover would be delivered on July 1. We live in Florida, but we own property in Georgia which is where the cover was to be installed. We had a very short window of time which is why we stated it must be delivered on these dates. On June 30, the company called and stated they were a day behind and our cover would be delivered on Saturday, July 2, between 10 a.m.
and 12 noon. We did not receive a phone call and the installers never showed up. We gave them our phone number several times. Since Monday was July 4, we called the company on July 5.
We told them if they could deliver our cover that day or the next day, it would be fine. They stated that it would be at least two more weeks before they could deliver it. We would not be at our property at that time so we ungraciously canceled our contract.
The company seemed unconcerned about losing our business.

THE INSTALLER ALSO DID THAT TO ME. SAID THEY TRIED FOR 2 DAYS TO CONTACT US BUT COULDN'T GET HOLD OF US.
THAT WASN'T TRUE MY BROTHER LOST 2 DAYS OF WORK BECAUSE OF THEM. THEY COMPANY WONT GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK.
