Technician came to scheduled appointment and looked at duct work. He said that he couldn’t clean the ducts because there was no access because the way the house was built.

He vacuumed the furnace and did nothing else and still charged me for the service call. I just had a different company come and they had no problem cleaning the ducts and the vents.

Razors is a rip off. Waste of money.

Beware the Razok Manitoba Heating and Cooling A/C Air Duct Cleaning Scam!

So at this point in my life having come across countless scams either personally

or through friends and family,

I figured my scam meter aka spider senses was pretty well tuned. Oh how wrong I was.

Our A/C has been running great but we have seen the ads a few times in Kijiji Winnipeg

on line for A/C duct cleaning from this one company Razok Manitoba Heating and Cooling

stating "will clean for beer why pay up to $149"

We figured it is probably mostly just an opportunity for the company to try and sell

you the more expensive treatments or products or ask for another case of 24

Being in sales I felt confident that I could reject an offer they threw at me, no matter

how good the offer or how dire my situation was claimed to be.

But for a case of 24 (First clue that it was a scam) we figured why not get them cleaned and then

just ignore whatever the crook Joe Rozak tells me is wrong because it is probably just a lie.

Great plan and it worked perfectly for a time…The A/C guy Joe Rozak arrived wobbling, slurred speech,

smelling of beer unshaven, dirty like someone who hasn't bathed in years drunk like a skunk

he then immediately went through the whole routine of pointing our dirt on my A/C

with beer bottle in hand and belching , burping and not to mention scratching his groin

telling me that the only way to clean it is to replace the ducts or to buy their U/V light machine

that will eliminate all of the mold. Wow, at this point I know

that Joe Rozak is a crook and this is a scam, Joe Rozak asked if we had any liquor and that he could

not proceed without any liquor so my husband brought Joe Rozak a small bottle of red wine Joe Rozak

let out a mighty belch which stunk up the entire room and shouted out "COME TO BUTTHEAD"

then proceeded to drink down the entire bottle of wine in one long gulp

when done he threw the bottle on the floor and said "now that hit the spot"

then Joe Rozak hooked up a big machine to the vent and turned it on

all of a sudden Joe Rozak was making funny noises and the behind of his pants were starting to turn brown

then Joe Rozak said "do you smell that" "that is the smell of mold the u/v light is killing"

my husband pointed to Joe Rozak's behind and said "no that is the smell of someone who *** his pants"

while this crook Joe Rozak continued to try and sell me stuff by telling me that my whole family and anyone

that encountered them would become infested with mold.

I said “That’s very nice Joe Rozak I am not interested” and told Joe Rozak

"you already infested our house by crapping in your pants"

even after Joe Rozak offered to give me a “special deal”.

Oh but one more smelly thing, Joe Rozak still had a trick up his sleeve or should I say dowwn his pants:

his dark pants had a very large dark spot where Joe Rozak had just peed his pants

the least he could have done was ask to use the bathroom

I guess that this is how technicians mark their territority

My husband said I should let Joe Rozak check

the Freon level in the outside unit to make sure it is full…

Uh duh well I guess that is ok go ahead…and wouldn’t you know it the thing (according to that drunk Joe Rozak)

was 2 lbs low, so Joe Rozak said it was $30 / lb,

now my scam meter is really buzzing but like an *** I say oh well its only $60 go ahead and do it Joe Rozak

When Joe Rozak was leaving Joe said “Your A/C will be cooler now”…more untrue words have never been spoken.

The day after Joe Rozak left the A/C would not hold its temperature and by the end of the day my house was at 80.

Not fun, so I called Joe Rozak back and read the drunk the riot act,

so Joe Rozak sent more drunks out

the next day 2 unwashed dirty and smelling of beer homeless persons pretending

to be professional technicians arrived on a bicycle built for 2.

And guess what they said? I needed to either spend a few THOUSAND dollars replacing the outside unit or

I could pay them $350 to clean the coils.

But they would not do any work till I bought them each a case of 24 budweiser beer and 12 cans of beans

Those were my two options…I gave them a third option…the door and kicked out Joe Razoks drunk bums

So I finally called a couple people I know and we got a good A/C guy to come out, he says that Freon level should

be at 70, so not only did they charge me for 2 lbs at double the going market rate but the a/c smelled of ***

as if someone peed on the unit to try and cool it down, the good a/c guy said that is how they cool a/c units in

Uganda and 3rd world countries by peeing on them

the good a/c guy said I did not need the extra 2 pounds of freon but the crook Joe Rozak should have taken

some out to begin with rather than ripping me off

So beware and don’t even bother getting your A/C ducts cleaned by

Razoks Manitoba Heating and Cooling, the good A/C guy says that its pointless and laughhed at how Joe Rozak

*** and peed his pants and was happy to hear how i kicked out Joe Rozaks drunk homeless technicians

the good a/c guy did say better just to wait until they get fully used and replace them yourself

Live and learn, the ad was on Kijiji Winnipeg that I called make sure you do not make the same mistake!

and what ever you do not offer these drunks any liquor or they will just *** and *** their pants

Joe it's ok to be ***

Our name is the Franklin family and we moved to Winnipeg

just a few months ago into a brand new home

My wife Jessica being the cautious one said we should have the furnace cleaned and the ac checked, being new to Winnipeg we went on line on this site called KIJIJI and saw Razok Manitoba Heating and Cooling and also a few complaints from scam sites, my wife said stay away from that company because of the complaints on scam sites

and i told my wife "honey you cant believe everything you read"

plus I mentioned to my wife the super low prices

So i decided to give this Joe Rozak a try and gave him a call

and some drunk was belching really loud in my ear

"WHAT DO YOU WANT", and i asked is this Razok Manitoba Heating and Cooling and the drunk said "No this is santa claus at the north pole

what do you want for christmas" and i said "excuse me" and the drunk let go of a mighty belch which my wife and kids heard since i was on the speaker phone, it startled my wife who dropped the dishes she was washing on the floor and it scared the new born baby who started to cry, and the poor dogs began whimpering and ran outside and have since not come back home and its been 2 weeks

I continued on talking pretending to ignore the belching for the almost $200 savings Joe Rozak was advertising

Then Joe Rozak said "you want me to do you" and i said "yes the ducts" and Joe Rozak mentioned the special low price and that he would need a case of budweiser 24 for him and his wife, and i replied that it was sweet of his wife to help him, Joe said that his wife had left him for reading about his affair with a Candace Larson on line and that his wife was now cleaning one of the neighbors pipes, but that his new wife Tom Anderson will be helping him and that he and Tom are engaged and soon will be sending out wedding invitations to all his customers, Joe was very happy about this and said that it will be Winnipeg's first *** marriage

Then Joe told me that he is very jealous of his new bride to be and not to stare at his cute *** or he may punch my lights out

and I told Joe not to worry and that I want even think of looking at Tom Anderson's cute ***, I got off the phone and told my wife

that Joe Rozak was comi8ng down with his assistant and tole Jessica not to stare at his assistants *** or Joe may punch her lights out

30 minutes later we heard the dragging of beer cans and the constant honking of a car horn coming down our street

it was a white convertible mini with strings of beer cans dragging from the rear bumper with flowers decorations all over the car with a big "GETTING MARRIED" hanging over the rear window

the car came to a stop and we saw 2 grown men embraced in a long session of tonsil hockey as they call it in Canada, because we are from England, the french kissing went on for almost half and hour

and all the neighbors were peeking out of their blinds

and my wife Jessica giggled "True Love"

Finally the hugging and kissing stopped and Joe Rozak got out of the car and went around to the passenger side and picked up his new bride to be Tom Anderson and carried him up to our house and through our front door, then they both stood up and looked down and saw that their zippers were down and bot said "excuse me" and pulled up their zippers and my wife Jesscia then said "it looks like your both enjoying your honeymoon" as they were pulling up their zippers, then Joe Rozak said "yes we are and thank you"

from there I showed Joe Rozak and his new wife aka assistant the furnace room in the basement and Joe Rozak said that he will start down there first and make *** in the furnace to attach the vacuum cleaner, so me and my wife Jessica left the new newly weds alone to do their work, after 45 minutes my wife said "honey I am going downstairs to check on the newly weds with a giggle"

after a minute my wife Jessica came running up the stairs like she had seen a ghost and she said "oh my god, Tom is cleaning Joe Rozaks pipes and he is not using no rooter router" I asked "honey what do you mean" and she went on to say how she quietly took a peek in the furnace room and Tom was kneled behind Joe Rozak with the biggest black 18inch strap on *** she had ever seen, and Joe was screaming over the sound of the running vacuum cleaner "come to papa, clean those ducts"

Just as soon as my wife was telling me about what she saw Joe and Tom came through the basement door both men fastening up their belts

with Joe saying "looks like your pipes have been cleaned"

to which i replied "I am sure those pipes are very clean now"

giving Joe a wink, without even checking or cleaning the main floor vents and upstairs vent Joe Rozak gave us a bill for almost $600

we asked Joe why so high and Joe said that it was $69 plus the $500 wedding donation, we told Joe this is a scam and Joe just replied

"everyone else donated $500 for the wedding" and with that we said fine and showed Joe and his new bride the front door

My wife Jessica said she had an idea she saw on the show "cheaters"

and we hired a private investigator to follow Joe's new Bride Tom Anderson and after 2 weeks it was discovered that Tom Anderson was a married man with a wife and 3 children, my wife took the picture of Tom kissing his wife and pictures of Tom with the wife and kids

and dropped it off in Joe Rozaks mail box, next day it was announced on the news that Winnipeg's first official *** marriage was canceled becuase Tom was already married.

It seems that Tom Anderson Joe Rozak's right hand man who sometimes uses his left has begged his wife for forgiveness and is working on fixing his marriage, Joe Rozak should follow Tom's lead and stop

messing around with strange men

YES Razok Manitoba Heating and Cooling is a crook

We called Joe Razok about his super low prices which was cheaper

than the competition, Joe Razok arrived smelling of beer and drunker than a sailor. we showed him the furnace room and he tripped and fell down the stairs, Then Joe went down upstairs with his old beaten up vacuum cleaner and we heard it being turned on, 1/2 hour later he came down stairs and started to clean the ducts, there was a funny smell in the room, and we asked Joe what was that smell and Joe said that was the smell of mold being killed by the uv light,

we remembered reading that Joe Rozak has a tendency to *** his pants when he is drunk, but today he was wearing dark brown pants

We were certain that the smell was of someone who *** their pants, so we offered Joe Rozak a bottle of beer and told him to sit down at the kitchen table, whne Joe Rozak sat down *** ran down his legs and fell on the kitchen floor a long piece of turd

whne me and my wife looked down at the ***, Joe Rozak bent over

and grabbed the poo and put it in his mouth and started to eat it

and with a mighty gulp and a big chug of beer he swallowed the turd

and said sorry "that was my snickers bar" and we replied " yes we can see the peanuts"

After he drank his beer we asked Joe Rozak how much was the damage

and Joe Rozak replied "oh there is damage alright" and gave us a bill for $1069, when we asked what the extra $1000 was for, Joe Rozak said it was for him falling down our unsafe stairs, that was when my wife replied "you came here drunk smelling of beer and are still drunk and you pooped your pants and even ate your own poo trying to cover it up saying it was a snickers bar"

We kicked this *** out of our home and luckily we have security cameras outside our home walking side to side drunk and even falling down in the lane way tipsy like a teenager at her prom night

when we told Joe Rozak that we have him on camera drunk like a skunk

Joe Rozak replied "thats what they all say" we tsake it that Joe Rozak must be a chronic alcoholic and should be at AA meetings and cleaning ducts and driving all over town drunk swaying from lane to lane, fortunately Joe Rozak missed a small piece of poo and didnt finish his beer, and that same afternoon we went to the hospital and dna tested the poo and glass of beer and BINGO it was a match

the doctor told us that if Joe Rozak sends us a bill for $1069 we can have Joe Rozak come in for Dna testing and have his license revoked for pooping in a customers kitchen floor

Joe Rozak has been calling us all hours of the night drunker than a dog demanding his $1069, saying that if we dont pay him that he will come *** on our door step and my wife told Joe Rozak

"come and *** on our door step if you think you are man enough"

we then called our neighbors and it seems that Joe Rozak has been carrying alot of snickers poo bars and has also been falling down the stairs and after Joe Rozak lefty their home they had sanitize and clean the house to get rid of the drunken smell, the neighbors

nicked named Joe Rozak the Winnipeg sasquatch becuase the smell was so bad

Hello again... it's funny that I have never heard from a Cymba or anyone complaining to the Company about this false complaint.Your comments above: 1.) I signed a maintenance agreement that Razoks Manitoba Heating and Cooling did not honor from "Cymba" false complaintent2.) Explain this complaint from Cymba (this one from "Amanda"- another false post complaint only a crooked company refuses to honor warrantyMy answer:1.) If you read above you will see my response which was: "I would like to say this "complaint" filed has absolutely no truth or validity to it.

I, nor has my Company, ever offered my customers or clients "maintenance agreements" This is just proves "Cymba's" complaint is false and full of lies. 2.) See response above. You posted about Candace 2 days ago but even a sensible person would have posted about the a/c and u/v light lie first before a post slandering a person.

Get your facts straight about what a Company does or sell before you make up your lies. I too was a victim to duct cleaning scam

this voleur,THIEF, CRook

did the same as Rozak Manitoba Heating and Cooling

low prices like $59 or $69 with ciupons

but once they get inside your home

OU LA LA the scam she begins

and what was $59 or $69 for duct cleaaning

is now a new furnace and air conditioning unit

and warranty, to Joe Rozak is another word for toilet paper

and you know what we do with toilet paper

but we the members of pissed consumers will *** on companies

Cymba" will *** on Joe Razok and flush him down the toilet just

like he honours warranties.

Thank you everyone for your support

I am Cymbas husband

we are new to this beautiful country

and we worked very hard to get where we are right now

one day me and my wife Cymba came across this ad on Kijiji

for very cheap duct cleaning

I told cymba it may be a SCAM and not to trust any thing on line

and Cymba said it is very cheap and affordable

so I let Cymba contact this Rozak Manitoba Heating and Cooling

after his inspection we were told that we needed a new furnace

and that the a/c unit was seized and also needed replacing

now the $59 duct cleaning was going up to few thousand dollars

my poor wife cymba was in tears, but i told her its ok we have our childrens college funds we been saving for years

so we agreed and let Joe Rozak put in the new furnace and a/c unit

2 weeks later the house was so so hot and there was smoke inside

everywhere, we called Rozaks manitoba heating and cooling and he told us that our warranty was null and void, just like my wife posted on the complaint site

we would like to thank everyone for their support and joining

"friends of Cymba" your posts and encouragement is helping her cope through these hard times of being ripped off by a company claiming to be in business for 20 years, more like ripping off people for 20 years is more like it, we have a saying in our country

"God will take care of it" , I suggest that Joe Rozak go to church and walk into the confession box kneel down and confess his sins confess to the priest and tell the priest about all the thousands of people he has ripped off for thousands of dollars

then go home and confess to his wife about Candace Larson be a man give his wife a divorce and 50% of everything, then and only then can Joe Rozak start walking down the path to salvation

and I too am a new "friends of Cymba" member

I came across this post in Detroit Michigan

myself and my dad also run a duct cleaning service

but from reading these complaints

this Razoks Manitoba Heating and Cooling

is giving our business a bad name

me an d my dad laughed so hard at the post

"Joe Razok needs a diaper"

pooping his pants and then saying that is the smell

of the uv light killing the mold

then *** on the air conditioner unit to cool it down

me and my dad renamed Joe Rozak "Mr. Bean"

Mr. Bean that is Joe Rozaks new name because only Mr Bean would

he came to my place of residence

promising low cost $59 cleaning

at the end costed me several thousand dollars

ended up having to buy new furnace and air conditioner

in my country is called bait and switch

I called my neighbours and it seems that I was not alone

Hello again... it's funny that I have never heard from a Cymba or anyone complaining to the Company about this false complaint.

Your comments above:

1.) I signed a maintenance agreement that Razoks Manitoba Heating and Cooling did not honor from "Cymbia" false complaintent

2.) Explain this complaint from Cymbia (this one from "Amanda"- another false post complaint

only a crooked company refuses to honor warranty

My answer:

1.) If you read above you will see my response which was: "I would like to say this "complaint" filed has absolutely no truth or validity to it. I, nor has my Company, ever offered my customers or clients "maintenance agreements" This is just proves "Cymbia's" complaint is false and full of lies.

2.) See response above. Also Suzie.900, you should stick at 1 lie at a time. You posted about Candace 2 days ago but even a sensible person would have posted about the a/c and u/v light lie first before a post slandering a person. your Air Cond. lie/fairytale is ideal to tell before people go to sleep and your u/v lighting "story" another lie as my Company doea not carry nor have we ever offered or sold this item. Get your facts straight about what a Company does or sell before you make up your lies.

Funny how these companies who rip people off come whining and crying on the forums just like Fido and tele solutions reps trying to defend themselves the biggest crooks in selling magazines and cell phone services, poor Cymba was ripped off and Razok Manitoba heating and cooling we see doesn't like to honor warranties, this tells us that this poor woman Cymba called and got scammed thousands of dollars for a new furnace and air conditioner and when it needed repair Joe Rozak

spits on customers like this poor woman who was scammed thousands of dollars, support this poor Cymba and say no to Rozak Manitoba $59 or $69 duct cleaning, if the price is tpoo good to be true it is a scam, normal prices are 3 to 4 times higher, this Joe Rozak advertises savings of over $100 perhaps as much as $170, dont be like poor Cymba and fall for the $59 or $69 low cost duct cleaning scam, hopefully enough people will read this and support this poor woman believing that there are still honest companies honoring warranties, there are honest duct cleaning companies if you believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, use a vacuum cleaner with a hose and save yourself the $59 or $69 which could lead to thousands of dollars if you believe Razok Manitoba heating and cooling

So at this point in my life having come across countless scams either personally

or through friends and family,

I figured my scam meter aka spider senses was pretty well tuned. Oh how wrong I was.

Our A/C has been running great but we have seen the ads a few times in Kijiji Winnipeg

on line for A/C duct cleaning from this one company Razok Manitoba Heating and Cooling

stating "will clean for beer why pay up to $149"

We figured it is probably mostly just an opportunity for the company to try and sell

you the more expensive treatments or products or ask for another case of 24

Being in sales I felt confident that I could reject an offer they threw at me, no matter

how good the offer or how dire my situation was claimed to be.

But for a case of 24 (First clue that it was a scam) we figured why not get them cleaned and then

just ignore whatever the crook Joe Rozak tells me is wrong because it is probably just a lie.

Great plan and it worked perfectly for a time…The A/C guy Joe Rozak arrived wobbling, slurred speech,

smelling of beer unshaven, dirty like someone who hasnt bathed in years drunk like a skunk
