WORST customer service EVER!!!

I placed an order without realizing my BF was also placing an order. I immediately called them to cancel the order.

I was told it takes 24 hours for my order to show up (unfortunately I paid via paypal and did not use my credit card - lesson learned). I called the following day and was told the order was not yet in the system and I should call back the next day. repeat 2 more times! after MULTIPLE calls,

on day 4 I received an email that my order has SHIPPED!!!

Every time I called, the heavily accented support people acted as if this was the first they've heard of my cancellation (I also emailed every time!).

NOW they expect me to take package to local UPS store (which is not not really local to me at all) to return the unopened package. I've already submitted a dispute with Paypal but the whole experience has been nothing but frustrating, with no help at all from the customer support people.
