Cheats his drivers and back charges for poor trailers and poor shoddy shop work. I had accident and found out he did not list my truck on his insurance policy. Now have a bigger problem. His DOT safety rating stinks.

Yes he is crooked! He does not help his drivers at all!
He try's to charge them for everything!! None of his mechanics know what they are doing! It's like a circus in the office, pot smoking, drinking all he does is hang at *** bars! He thinks everyone is ripping him off because he's ripping everyone off!!
I am not just a pissed off person I hope to god someone can shut him down for all the illegal stuff he does! The driver that's been with him the longest is like two years!! What's that tell ya!! Be careful brokers they do shady stuff!
Then the workers that do good and help him he really screws over especially if you are an American!!! He is very one sided only likes his kind!!

Brokered a load to Rays Transport who has operated under numerous names. When asked for the drivers cell number, was given the dispatchers cell number.
Load was picked up 12 hrs late and delivered 2 days late. When the receiver verified the driver was there, he gave the phone to him and the driver verified that he did not work for Rays and they were his broker.
He told me that at no time has he ever driven for Rays transport but he knew this was not the first time something of this nature has ever happened with them. He went on to give us loads and dates he had pulled for Rays and 4 more of them were mine......Very crooked carrier
The negative comments are definitely not the Ray's Transportation, Inc. in New York.
Possibly the Ray's Transport down in SC. :-) Ray's in New Windsor, NY are good people, doing the right thing.

HE CHANGES HIS NAME AND THE NAMES AND ADDRESS OF HIS BUSINESSES ALL THE TIME! THEY OWE US $1688. THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY HAVE NOT PAID OR AN EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY ARE SHORT PAYING A LOAD!!

Ray's transport. Let's look at the situation here.
You book a load, when asked for the drivers cell number, I get the dispatcher's cell number. Driver is 3 hours late for pickup and 24 hrs. late for his delivery.
When I am finally able to get the driver on the phone, he informs me that he does not drive for Ray's transport, but that you brokered him the load. I was charged in excess of what you were going to get paid in fees from my customer and I sent you proof that they changed me so you should probably report the facts.
