Rayovac batteries leak running remote control. After contacting their customer service I was told to send pictures of device and batteries.

Ive sent a total of 18 pictures in eight different emails and each time the representative asked for something new or different.Terrible customer service.

Dont know if its a scam or if the customer service folks are just damn ignorant. Attached are the pictures I sent.

Leaking batteries. *** poor customer service.

I purchased the 24 pk. of AA's Feb.

2022, experation date of 2029. So far 6 of these "new" batteries are leaking, 4 of them were still in the package. Called customer service and got to talk to some guy with marbles in his mouth. I don't have a smart phone to tale pics, nor the funds to send them back.

He told me to pester my neighbors to take pictures. I've never had such *** poor service, let alone trying to talk to a person who can't speak English.

I have had to throw away 3 flameless candles because of your batteries they have corroded the complete inside of the candles, I've gotten it on my hands and the smell of corroded acid is not a pleasant smell. I will never purchase any more of these as I am assure I'm not the only one that has had this problem..

Dead Battery's

I'm some what displeased with these last set of battery's purchased from Wallgreen in Lakewood ,NJ.

I have purschaed these before from Battery's unlimted and also had a few DEAD one's n side. BUT this last double pack dated April 2022 had seven in the same pack (DEAD) I even used my volt meter to see if it was my aids or your battiery's. You have a problem and I want to bring it to your attention .I have had Simons aids for over 18 years and have tried many battery's but yours seamed to last the longest .But if this continues I will change Please advise .

Whole package of 12 batteries did not work

I purchased Rayovac #312 batteries for my hearing aids. None of the batteries in this 12 pack did not work.

Due to a virus I lost most of my hearing in both ears and have been using these batteries for years with no problem. None of these batteries worked and I had to wait until the stores opened to purchase more.

The UPC code on these is 0 128** ***** * and said good until Nov 2022. I am wondering if you had others with this problem I had never had this happen before. These were purchased at Walmart in Forest City NC on Nov.

7th. Please advise.
