They cut my pay by $26.000 per year and sent me to their warehouse to work. While at work at this warehouse I learned that they had told everyone and I was treated like a criminal. On Feb 2 i called your deptford store an spoke with a Tameka. She put me on hold for over 20 mins. All i wanted was to make a appt for service. Shes rude an unprofessional. We had nothing but a bad experience with your store for sometime now. We will be sure to put the word out to take business elsewhere. My appts are never kepted on your end an no one has the curiosity to make a call. Maybe some retraining is needed

I even wrote a letter & never even heard from them...12 yrs of business with them is totally finished. I wouldn't take home their merchandise if it was FREE...cheaply made...what happen to your products...12 yrs ago pretty well made, not anymore.

Assisted living lady purchased a $1,000 recliner with platinumn protection and lost one part of the plug in cord and was told not covered because moving damage. 6 -10 weeks to order new. No personel cared they were leaving a 90year old without. Absolutely the most uncaring, insensitive furniture store there is.

Took out the protection plan on a couch that ripped, when I requested coverage I was told to send picture of damage. I was then told the rip was too extensive and the coverage was not for that type of rip! Well it is made of cloth so a rip is a rip. Last time I will ever take out that rip off protection. I purchased the Bella nest castin microfiber couch and chair as a special order as I wanted a lighter color. I was told I would have delivery in 12 weeks or sooner.
