Furniture falling apart after 10 months

Purchased a ding set and 2recliner love seats After 10 months a leg is falling off of one of the chairs. The love seats have the seats collapsing. Now I am 78 and have had furniture for 58 years. I have only had 3 kitchen sets and 4 sets of furniture. I take care of my belongings. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty. The furniture will probably only last until the warranty is up. So buyer beware of the furniture you get from their outlet and the furniture was not cheap

The table that I ordered was considered a special order ...but I was never told that it was coming from overseas.. if I would have known that I would have never bought any of the tables when you have to wait 4 to 7 weeks it's not worth the time

NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST SERVICE FOR CLEANING CHAIRS

I purchase dining living and bedroom from RF and purchased the 5 years platinum service. They came out to service the DR chairs once, because they felt it was too much to clean they replaced the chairs but NEVER told me the service will be canceled after that and the 5 years service no longer exist.

The customer service representative that I spoked to on 6/2/2022 her name is Fil and the other one unfortunately I can't remember her name was very sarcastic with their words and tone when I express my frustration. This is not how you do business with customers. If I was told in truth and fairness that my service will be canceled, I would have kept the chairs and just clean it every year until my service is up because i know I have a young child. That's RF way of making money off innocent people.

I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM RF AGAIN!!! Especially with the nasty attitude from the representatives.

This is why this world is so f#%k up. If people will take a little extra time to be transparent with other's we won't be going through these kinds of experiences. Very dishonest and dissatisfying on the store part and their customer service reps.

Raymour and Flanigan - They sell fake leather and they know it!

I bought my supposedly leather furniture (furniture which was hardly used)from Raymour & Flannigan and 3 years later it's peeling. I have the extended protection plan which is a joke.

I was dismissed, told my extended plan expired and the peeling from the "fake leather movie combo recliners" "was from normal wear and tear. They also tried to say it was peeling because the sun rays were shining on it from the window. I then explained how impossible that theory was because the Item sat in a movie room, where there are no windows. Might I add, when you get in touch with the corporate office they will say anything/ everything to ease your mind and won't follow through.

They simply don't care about their customers. They're only after the money.

My advice for you is to read the reviews (everyone can't be wrong), look elsewhere and be careful when the sales person tells you it's real leather because 99% of the time it isn't. And don't waste your money on the extended protective care plan, they will come up with any kind of excuse so they won't have to honor it.

I also just noticed that the sofa also has a mechanical issue. The love seat was replace and is good now, But now I have an issue with the sofa . What u do got me to fix that problem. When u guys have these kind of furniture in storage u have to be very careful with it not to put heavy items on to yo damage the furniture

POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE PRICE YOU PAID

I ordered the Caid 3-pc Chenille Sectional Sofa which arrived with a damaged, dented sofa piece that is not inflated evenly as with the rest of the sofa. I called customer service who scheduled a service repair session.

On the first appointment window of 8 AM to 1 PM, the technician Paul notified me when he was 9 minutes away, which was very unexpected. I usually expect a courtesy call of 30 minutes away. The technician said he could not wait and I had to reschedule. On the second appointment time from 8 AM - 1 PM, I waited until 12:50 PM with no call, I called the service center who notified me that the technician would call me with their estimated time.

He NEVER called. It was 10 minutes after 1 PM when I called the service center again and was told that I could sit at home and keep waiting until 2 PM or reschedule.

I have already been sitting since 8 AM and the technician with no show no call did not even have a professional attitude to call to apologize to the customer. This is very unacceptable and disappointing for a place like Raymour and Flanigan and with the amount that we paid to get a service like this.

My Love seat was delivered with mechanical issues. I delivery person knew piece was malfunctioning and didnt take it back. Client notice that mechanical. Issues were still there while seating using the peer button. Client called the office to complain about it .Finally Tech came in two weeks after to see problem . Now the 28th of this month furniture store is replacing the love seat for a new one

Bought two electric recliners about two years ago. Had them serviced last year. Both recliners are having mechanical issues. The tech said I can SEE the footrest on your wifes recliner doesnt go a high as yours, I dont know what to say. Ill let them know and they will have to get back to you. Crickets. Called and a guy Said hed leave my message. Crickets. Used their Contact Us and crickets. Very poor customer service in our opinion).

Platinum care package

I bought a sectional couch back in November 2016. The cushion started shredding and the springs are coming out of the couch under the cushions.

Due to the pandemic and my mom being high risk wasnt comfortable with anyone coming in the house. I recently reach out to them and they called me back and told me that they would be sending the pictures of the couch issues. I explained that the pandemic really made it impossible for me to have anyone in my home. I received a call back the other day from a guy name Anthony and was told the couch isnt fixable.

His manager Jenna Saraga said that Im past the 5 year warranty date which Im only past it by 5 months that there isnt anything they can do. I really am quite upset that Im still paying for a couch that is ruined. I really feel that cause theyd have to give me a new couch they arent being cooperative. I could see if we werent in a pandemic and life was normal but not taking into consideration this is quite upsetting.

I mean how inconsiderate can she be. Im going to be moving and will be in need of new bedroom sets, a dining room set and another living room set and was going to be shopping at Raymour and Flanigan but now I feel that this company doesnt care for its consumers. Im really hoping something can be done in this situation to help me out. Thank you for you assistance in this matter and hope to hear back soon.

After waiting months to received our furniture it was delivered. Its horrible quality for the amount of money we spent. We called them to come out and fix it, they sent someone who fluffed up the cushions and said that was all they could do. Its so awful I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - ever! Poor quality and not worth the price
