Complaint of quality and service
I wish to lodge complaint after I dissatisfied from your dealer in india New Delhi Ethos.
I bought your brand watch on 13.05.22 from IGI airport duty free area dealer Ethos .
And I traveled to Norway . Without much using this watch it stops just after few days (not even a month) only in june .
and i complaint to your dealer Ethos on WhatsApp and he suggest to bring watch to india to their service center . Which i did last month on 15.09.22 i sent watch to Ethos but i did get shocked when i saw on their service report that warranty is void due to accidental and sent me estimate of 18000 rupees for repair . Its totally false claim I didnt used this watch much and nor this watch even fell down then how can they say its accidental ???
I am sure Ethos is just trying to make money unethically and i am also very much disappointed with the quality of your watch . Its expensive watch and not just worked a month even..
Please suggest me what should i do in this situation .
Where other place in india I can send this watch ? Or i live half time in Norway if in Norway any where at your dealer point i can contact ??
If you need any other detail like invoice etc i can send it you, pls let me know..

The company has gone way down hill. I own two of them & one purchased 10 years ago I thought just needed a battery.
. .no it needed a part and very respectable local jeweler said "it needs a part and Raymond Weil claims they don't make it anymore".
E-chatted w/female at Raymond Weil. Despite all I told her she asked "anything else you can tell me before I bring to supervisor?" Then she sent me link to "Just Answer" (another *** scam".They have to be taken off of internet, biz's are using them so as to make any reperations not their problem.
