Change payment date
Hi. Ive tried to have my payment day as the 1st of the month.
Didnt happen last month and was charged for late payment. I have now been sent a message saying you will be taking the payment on the 28th. Wages wont be in until 29th. Hence why I want my payment day to be the 1st as all my bills.
I have tried to find a number so I can speak to a human but to no avail. Please contact me.

Lease never ends
You have to keep paying until you return the item even after the lease ends . No telephone number to call!!!

About returning device wasn't even ordered
It's took Me nearly 2weeks to get sent a label to send it back and a kind lady gave it me straight away after paying 3pounds for it being collected from a shop. And you have already taken £ 31.99 so can I have it put back into my bank account please asap

So I ordered an iPhone plus refurbished phone a month ago this will be my third time Ive sent it back the sound is terrible on the phone instead of just replacing they keep sending the same phone back I paid for my first month yesterday I havent even had use or enjoyed my new phone so gutted
