No power for almost 4 1/2 hrs

bad storm no power for hours no water can't take a bath can't charge my phone can't see in the house I have a three-year-old child can't do anything I'm miserable in this house can't get no air no heat nothing and I don't understand why the power has to be out for all these hours for a storm that happened five or six hours ago and we're still struggling to get power
