It is not an easy thing to try and summarize all of the things that Mr. Haahr has been involved in over the years however they have always been for the betterment of mankind and assisting others in any way he was able to do so. Business opportunities in new technology balanced with the potential risks always interests him. This is "T" Rayfield Smith.....I am not sure who I am addressing this to so I will just begin and hope it gets to the right person. I am the owner and CEO of RAYFIELD ENTERPRISES CO., LTD and RAYFIELD COMPANYS LTD., INC. I am here to set the record straight an a miss-conception about my company: RAYFIELD COMPANYS LTD, INCORPORATED. I purchased this company and its sister company located in Denmark from Mr. David and Lynne Haahr back in 2008. It is now registered under the Umbrella of MY company; RAYFIELD ENTERPRISES CO., LTD as a subsidiary Company. All of these companys are very strong, have solid financial backing and are doing very well. my companys are involved in Realestate Management, Realestate Development, Realestate Construction, Realestate sales and rentals and are located and registered in a 4-state area. The name RAYFIELD has been a family name over a 100 years and when this company and name came for sale we purchased it. RAYFIELD COMPANYS LTD, INCORPORATED is very sound and doing very well and does not require bad press. Rayfied Companys Ltd, Inc. was a solvent company when I purchased it and it is more then solvent today! Respectfully, "T" Rayfield Smith

I would like to set the record straight in this blog. I have known and worked for Mr "T", as we call him, for many years and I know his companys very well.

I also know that he would never make a bad decision when it comes to buying a company and the purchase of RAYFIELD COMPANYS LTD, INCORPORATED was a sound and good investment.

It had good presence, a good name and was a solvent company. I like Mr "T" and will continue to work for his company as long as it is here.

First off hello to everyone out there I don't know if this post will b read by anyone but if it ever is I guess I will give this my best shot.. I am kristian kornbeck son of David haahr formally known as Erik thurgod kornbeck as well as my two step sibblings Erik Jr kornbeck and inga kornbeck..

I am not writing this post to slander his name, more over just to ask why ? Why did he abandon my family why did he beat my mother why did he deny me a father why did he try to murder my mother why did he steal 500,000 ( back child support and stolen funds ) from my mother why would he do such a thing to an innocent family.. All I ask from anyone who reads this is a simple answer a I know the money can't be replaced I just want a simple answer.. And all I can say to him is you missed out..

You missed out on my highschool graduation you missed out when I went to college you missed out when I graduated from boot camp and joined the marines... If anyone has an answer please its all I ask

He is a *** man, he stole thousands and thousands of dollars from my mother and several lawyers she works with. Don't be fooled by this person's ability to talk like he knows everything. He says his business ethics and morals are higher than everyone elses but still he is a bully trying to get his way thru to the end or he will threaten to sue you... He has no respect for contracts legally binding upon him which was clearly showed when he circumvented SunbeltAsia, trying to negotiate a deal with a Bangkok based real estate company that was for sale thru the above mentioned business broker. Apparently the NDNC agreement signed with SunbeltAsia didn't bother David who proceeded to contact the business owner behind the brokers back. Further, this man has been working illegaly in Thailand for 2 years saying he is representing a company called Rayfield Companys LTD. A quick search for companies registered in Thailand shows that no such company is registered there meaning that Mr Haahr has no workpermit nor business visa to perform any type of work in Thailand, still he has been working for several companies in Thailand for the last 2 years earning money. According to sources in the US, David Haahr was deported from the US in 2004 for lying on government papers and had to move to Denmark. While in Denmark they tried to open Re/Max but not without problems and there seems to be a US $120.000 dispute and fraud charge opened against David Haahr.
