I purchased a Vehicle #***************** from Ray Laks Acura of Buffalo 7460 Transit Road Buffalo New York 14221 telephone 832-****, on 12/10/2019 @ 5:45 p.m. on 12/11/2019 @ 4:45p.m. after leaving work as a Buffalo Teacher I when to.Ray Laks Acura of Buffalo to discuss my Advantage Care Vehicle Agreement, and to have my passenger side windshield wiper replaced because before delivery the wiper and batteries for the vehicle was requested to be replaced..Joseph Marratta, accuse me of insulting him and the dealership because I expected superior service. Because I had been a loyal customer for 30 years and have purchase several vehicles from the original owner.(Ray Laks) Joseph Marratta, Sales Manager, requested that I leave his office and would not give me the replacement blade or information to Lithia Corporate office, He stated because I was a teacher get it myself and if I wanted a replacement blade go to K mart and buy it yourself. Mr. Marratta, the Sales Manager was rude unprofessional and very disrespectful to I hardworking consisted Acura customer I feel that Mr. Joseph Marratta, Sales Manager should be requested to write me a sincere apology for his reprehensible behaviors and I would like to speak a Corporate representative an a full refund for a my wiper blade.
