8 weeks ago at least my new truck was tried to be stolen.The attempt left very small damage. I got an estimate and they told me they would call.
No call for weeks. I was then called on a friday to bring it monday.I showed and was asked why I was there. They said they did not have a part needed so they would call.A week later I called and was told to bring it in. No loaner was ready.
Knew nothing. I was told maybe 3 or 4 days.I asked it be waxed and cleaned inside and was told $170.00 as a deal and agreed. Now 15 days later no call on friday which means at best monday. Do not blame COVID.
This is beyond terrible. This should all be free.
